Everyone's saying that they hardly got anything for Christmas.. My birthday is on Christmas day, but my mum died a week before my first birthday due to a blood clot in her leg that reached her heart. Then my dad raised me until I was 5 because he as in a car crash. I have no brothers or sisters and no aunties or uncles since both my parents were the only child. All of my grandparents died before I was born, so I literally have no one. My best friend who I've known since I was 3 her parents actually let me live with them when my dad died, since my friend is an only child too and they wanted another child they adopted me when I was 6. At Christmas I am so grateful for how my life has turned out because although it could've been worse it's been great. they get me a few presents at Christmas, but I feel bad because my friend is their actual child so I tell them to get presents mostly for her. So I only get about 3, but I'm not fussed about getting lots anyway. I'm just happy and grateful for the good things that is in my life. Christmas isn't about gifts it's about spending time with the people you love. Some may think then why are you watching a video of kids opening tons of presents? Well just because I don't get that watching others open gifts just warms my heart.

man christmas as a kid was such a blessing, the joy and genuine happiness waking up to excitement. as a really young kid my dad surprised me and my siblings wit gifts growing up poor, the best feeling. the there’s something years we didn’t get nothing but still the joy of christmas was amazing ! now i get to bless my dad and siblings ofc mom, just blessings on blessings and i know ima work harder to keep blessing my family every year ! 🎅🏻🎄😭🙏
