Well, I can't do it all by myself, so i record the music first. Then another person come to help me and we record video with pre-recorded audio, then this person synchronizes video and audio and publishes it. So, technically, I don't change the sounds without pressing any buttons. I press it, but not for the video :)

How did you manage to change the sounds without pressing any buttons? I noticed that at no time did your hands leave your wrists!
