It is so rewarding to buy ur own car. I passed my test when i was 17 a few months ago. I recently turned 18 and ive just about saved up enough money and i went and bought my red vw polo and i only need to borrow 500 from my parents then ill pay it back once i get paid. But, being able to do it all yourself, just feels so refreshing and you feel more responsible and grown up. I still cant believe i pick my car up in a week lol.

My first car was a 2006 red 4-door PT cruiser! I loved that thing so much. I got it my senior year of high school and drove it until my junior year of college when I decided to upgrade. It’s a great car

I loved my PT Cruiser , had it for many years with very little issues. One recommendation is to watch the rims, it was a known issue , the rims were “cracking” and would leak air every day. They never put it in a recall when they probably should have. Other then that it was a great car. enjoy !

Hello! Congratulations on your car! I’m in the process of buying a used car from someone. Did you get the insurance before or after you bought the car?
thank you sm! my parents called our insurance company to give them a heads up that i was buying a car with the year & model. once i received the specific information, my parents submitted it.
i am so blessed that my parents dealt a lot with the insurance piece but i hope this helped! 🫶🏻

i’ve had this car for almost 2 months & i only needed minor replacements. the previous owner let us know that before purchasing so i got it into the shop pretty early!

i do drive to school & i’m not having any significant problems :) it’s a little noisy when it starts and there’s been some minor diagnostics that needed some checking but it’s usual wear & tear.
