“I’m a HUGE Steely Dan Fan! But seeing Dirty Logic for the first time was such an emotional experience for me, they had me in tears!” - BJ Leiderman, NPR Music Composer
Singer is great. Great voice.
Yeah, that guy is a good singer
Yes there's gas in the car 🚗 ⛽
Digging the drummer...well done my friend.
Yeah he’s good, but that snare sound is kinda dead. Sounds like wet cardboard
@@rruuserious i thought the groove was missing. There is a hop to the original. I guess it's a cover not a mirror image.
Next level stuff!
ABSOLUTELY STEELY GOOD!!
THANK YOU FROM SYDNEY AUSTRALIA
OMG, I have been a Dan fan since the 70s, you are amazing!
Why does this not have more raves? Ambitious and well done!! Dan fan for 40 years…
I like the wah ending to the first guitar solo and the improv on the 2nd solo.
Just enough after a totally spot on first guitar solo which is basically THEE solo for the song, so you CAN NOT really go too far out or too far wrong...
Perfectly captures the spirit of the song and the times.
Amazing! I haven't heard anyone cover this tale of Bear any better! So how did Robert Palmer end up fronting your vocals?
Found out where Fagen's cloned vocals went. Too freaking fun.
This is fantastic
wow! it's too good, not a thing missing
Donald Fagen's voice is unique and not too easy to replicate, but this singer is not bad and doing it his own way.
Love your vibe on the world’s favourite Dan song! Keep it live! ‘Dukes’ ending too!😀
Nasty groove
I was there that night and was BLOWN AWAY!
You folks are really really really good!
That was excellent!
Excellent great vocals
really well done been a dan fan all my life and this is really first rate
Love watching you guys. Everyone is a master at their craft. Lead singer gives best version of this I’ve seen or heard and may like it as much as Fagan. Great job!!!
Absolutely nailed it. Well done
Absolutely wonderful, thanks.
Grand slam!!!
Gorgeus!
Vocals are perfect
THis guy is a perfect cover of Donald Fagan.
Brilliant!
wow! fantastic job!
wow
damn good job
Nailed it
Well done. Nice energy. The drummer rocks!
You guys and gals sound great up here in "a Kansas city"...aja!!
Great voice!
Impeccable.
Nailed it!!!!
STRONG WORK!!
i must say a job done very well. most impressed
Amen
Amazing
This vocalist is right up there with Kip Lennon when it comes to doing Fagen's vocals. It is hard to sound like Donald Fagen, and he doesn't even sound like himself anymore!
Excellent!!
Just WOW! After multiple multiple searches for "Kid" UA-cam finally decided to show me this version. It's really really good and the video work is really good as well. I'll definitely be checking you guys out and when this eastern NC guy is out west on I-40 maybe I can catch a show! 😁
great cover band
A1 - you guys rock - too bad you're only on tour in NC
The 2 female singers...dancing like Elaine Benes from SEINFELD....SWEET FANCY MOSES
VERY Kick Ass!
ALMOST better than the original, specially the horn arrangements, SUBERb recording !
Don’t be silly
bravo!
Lead singer is a superstar. I think better than Fagan. Great version. You guys rock. These songs are not easy and to knock it out of park is just incredible!!!
Behave..
Band is nice & tight
Who is the drummer, damn!
great 1 handed drum fill at 3:29
FvckIn9 great.
Is that Mr. Steely Dan singing the vocals in front? or whatever..?
Mr.... Whatever...is here tonight...
The word Royal is English
Missing the great Larry Carlton solo
Yall woulda made Walter proud
Clean this mess up.....
Ugh… another Dan band arranged like a cheap lounge act. The singer is particularly cheesy. Muddy, sloppy guitar work.
Steely Dan's Ode to ousley
A good rendition, clearly not an exact dupe, but that's okay. Great keys and vocals. Not a big fan of the horns. They kind of overpowered the song. Of course this is just my opinion as a musician. Much respect for anyone attempting such a complex Steely Dan song.
