I love all the orders of the Church but my most favourite one is the Franciscans... I guess is b/c I was born in San Francisco ( Not California ). baptized at San Francisco De Asis Church, went to middle school to San Francisco school, recently I encountered the Dominicans so, my second choice is the Dominicans. Deo gratias. Ave Maria Purisima pray for us. San Francisco De Asis pray for us. Saint Dominic pray for us.
Dominicans and Franciscans have a long line of friendships starting with their founders 😊

The Franciscans are the most complicated: 1st Order (3 kinds of Friars Minor), 2nd Order (Poor Clares), 3rd Order (numerous men’s and women’s religious groups and numerous secular groups).

Just one note, lay people aren't the only ones who can join a third order. Diocesan (secular) priests can also join them!

Thank you for your question. Such a promise is a fitting act of devotion suited to the secular lay state, as opposed to the canonically binding vows taken by religious. God bless you.

I have a question Father, I need some clarification for my confusion.
“We know that GOD is Omniscient, HE knows everything even the future. Since GOD knows the future, HE knows that many will go to hell. Why did GOD still created man knowing that many will perish in hell. Wouldn’t it be better that GOD did not create mankind to avoid for them going to hell? Thank you Father Rodriguez. 🙏🏽🩵🙏🏽
Thank you for your question which we will submit for response in our Ask Father video series. In the meantime, we note that on an individual level, as even Our Lord affirmed in regard to someone who is lost, "It were better for him, if that man had not been born." (Matt: 26: 24) But taken collectively, God's purpose in creating mankind is served in those who correspond with His love and grace, and thus fill the places in Heaven forfeited by the fallen angels. The wicked angels and men who fill hell will also glorify God throughout eternity as evidence of His wonderful Justice. God bless you.
This is a very good and useful explanation. "Useful" in the sense that if the question comes up, I/we can on-forward. Also, I'm not sure if this next point applies to all the other 3rd Orders, but Fr Chris Alar of the Marians says those who join as lay members of the Marians, get included / benefits of their Masses and Rosaries, etc.
It’s particular to some lay associations.

I've heard that IF we make it to heaven, we will never have to worry about committing any sins again or offending God. But then, how did this happen to those good angels, that "fell"? Thank you and God bless you Father.🙏

In the meantime, we note that the angels were created in the state of grace, but not in the enjoyment of the Beatific Vision. Those who fell were condemned, and those who were faithful to God were admitted into Heaven. Having entered Heaven, neither an angel nor a human person would be capable of sinning. God bless you.
