I started yesterday with the basic video . Wow it killed me lol... Well I was sick for almost one year most time on bed and I had the opportunity to have a baby. But my pregnancy was difficult so 6 months more on bed. My C-section had complications more time for recovery and hospitals. Finally I feel better and ready to workout. I need to help to my muscles to get better . I have no strength in any of my muscles. it is so hard to train. I love ur videos ... I think I did the best desicion to get my Kangoo and do some exercise. It is fun and I can measure the intensity of the steps. For now I do it slow no jumping hard. But I can fallow all ur steps and made me feel good when I finished ... Thank u for take ur time to make these videos ... I see this definitely will change my life 🥰.. greetings from Germany 🇩🇪

Best cardio workout. I've been training Kangoo for 3 years and Becky has the best Kangoo dance workout on UA-cam. This isolated abs workout is the best so far..I wish we could see more iso workout on different muscle groups. 🤸🙏💪👏🙌
