Some dang thick slabs!! I was catching good slabs last week on Clarks Hill Lake. They were just roaming in schools. Went on a hunting trip and took my boat to the shop to fix a skipping problem. Haven't gotten it back yet but I'm ready to get back on the water.
Saw you out there recently. finally our water temps are down in the 50 + degree range. I caught some large ones yesterday out there. I need to check out that foot control device you started using on your Livescope. I really am not fond of having to alternate using my right foot hand to fish and/or turn the Livescope .
Did you try changing your installation depth on your livescope settings from 1.0 to 2.0 like I mentioned on an earlier video. It'll help you see the splash of your jig and a better experience on picking it up on the display.
Hey, thanks for that awesome tip!! I totally forgot, but I will set it this upcoming weekend on LS. I will give you a shout out on the video! Appreciate you!!
Love your videos. Would you mind sharing your live scope settings? I tried to scope for crappie like you are but just can’t seem see my jig as clear as your screen no matter how I tune my settings.
Hey check out my video from 4 weeks ago. It has two big question marks in white on the thumbnail. It has all my settings in the description and a one page summary. Thanks for watching!
Slab well was the perfect name for your live well. Another great day at your favorite fishing hole. Always enjoy watching your fish. It truly inspires me to get out there and give her another whirl only it’s been around 18° and windchill 2 degrees so I’ve gotta stay close to the fireplace😂😂. see you next week Jim from Southern Illinois Lord bless,
