I still remember the day, when I spent 30k+ rubies on EX Summon Vol.9 to get my Number 1 Waifu of all franchises (Leona). And what only I got is A3 Leona + 1 memory and the freaking A1 Luong! Never forget this shitty day. And UE Summon Vol.9: I spent 27k rubies and got only A0 Saiki (I didn't even need him, tbh) and got A0 Kusanagi from selector! I started spent 900/1800 rubies per day on a last days of UE Vol.9; And somehow, like this, I get Kyo to A3, at least. I believe it's would be better idea to add opportunity exchange memories of old UE fighter for the new ones.
I haven't played this game on a daily basis for more than a year now, i saw this coming when they released the new rarity called UE, its gonna be SS/BS Powercreep all over again where u spent months worth of rubies to pull for them op characters that only lasts for a week till they get replaced by the new stronger one. While including other characters in this leona banner is cool, i agree that there should be a memory exchange for shen or Elizabeth to trade with leona but i doubt they'll do that until the next character introduces, which leona is not the powerful anymore xd
with how the characters and new rarity are getting stronger, old contents just become straight up useless, the rewards is so outdated and they die in oneshot cause of how powerful the hits are with the new units.

They're going to have a rerun for these past UE characters, paired the new UE fighter with two old UE units netmarble will milk first before Collab happens that's it. NM went radio silent for WEEKS and gives a trash banner with ANOTHER LEONA… obviously no sign of wanting to give this game the attention it deserves and shafting us. 3. All new characters become forgotten/obsolete in 2-3 banners as always… ROI sucks so bad for this game for years. 4. Drop rates are still retarded… longevity of new banners is crap. It hurts them to see us being happy so they give crap and piss us off more. 5. Leona is even looking a bit lazy when you see her recycled voice lines, no new ost, her basic animations and how her 3PG is a bit... sturdy... it just looks a bit lazy as well when compared to Elisabeth's or Mature and Vice's. It took 1 week more for this character to be released, but it didn't seem like that was worth the longer wait and i wonder if all this time we've been getting nothing or just lazy characters is because they're working on something bigger to come or they're just leaving the game behind. Obs: this Leona has much lower damage than characters like Terry, Isla and Kyo, she's not worth it at all
If they are going to include a past fighters they should atleast increased the rate to 2% or 2.5%. The 1.8% rate is already bad even in both new fighters
