Deliberate practice is the most important by far. There’s been a study about deliberate practice where somebody who could barely remember and recite 8 random numbers eventually gained the ability to remember and recite 70+ random numbers after a couple hundred hours of deliberate practice, one hour a day. He used instantaneous feedback (getting a number wrong), consistency (every day, 1 hour.), and forming new strategies and shortcuts in your brain. In a continuation of the study, the man who could recite 70 numbers passed his strategies and knowledge to someone else who could eventually recite even more numbers than him with less practice by forming new strategies with his peers advice. Take reapz advice, apply it, then change it how you need to. Practice consistently, and use some form of trainer that gives you instantaneous feedback. A ranked match where you get little gunfights is not instantaneous feedback. It wont be as easy as remembering numbers but your brain is a muscle that can grow.

Yeah nah my controller can aim for me. Manually aiming is for losers aye. Another Good vid reaps. I need to work on reacting and not predicting but it’s difficult to break the habit sometimes.

You should continue using your desk as a mousepad, (I use a sandpit personally)
