Spike´s transformation is clearly using Masterpiece like engineering, I don´t know how Hasbro would get profits with this incredible super posable, highly detailed action figure. XD
I feel like there are a lot of bumblebees floating around in the market these days. I wish there would be more Brawn figures. He was a cool character in G1, like the transformers version of wolverine. There should be a Brawn in the war for Cybertron Line.
There are not as many as their were in 2011/2012. Then Bumblebee was all you could find except, ironically, the one time I went to the store just to buy one.
Looks like a G1 toy size Bumblebee if it was made today. He's so yellow. Like the comparison with his Netflix toy. Car mode is compacted, nice. Sure, his robot mode is very small next to others. But I like how it looks next to Earthrise/Kingdom Optimus Prime. Gives off that, little buddy, aspect to him. The Spike Witwicky minifigure in his space exosuit is neato. Little Buzzworthy Bumblebee here is a cool figure.
@@therealtripler8629 perhaps, but out here, since we don't have Target stores, hobby shops and facebook resellers are selling this figure for usd$20 - $30 crazy!!!
I'll be honest, I got this mainly for the Exosuit Spike pack-in. Pity they didn't get the VW licensing for this figure. But paint it red and maybe re-sculpt the head and it may be a definitive Cliffjumper...
Thanks for the review man just bought the figure because of you 😃 I wanted the set for the spike but that’s a really neat little bumblebee figure and I think he’ll look great being chased by galactic odyssey barricade!
Shame about the scaling. If Earthrise Bee won't be rereleased in a non-exclusive format for Kingdom, this little guy'll probably be my go-to G1 Bee, since he's only a head shorter than his Earthrise self and Cliff. Would still be cheaper than what Earthrise Bee's going for, usually 3k PHP
This is basically just g1 Bumper but with a Bumblebee head. It even has the old molding for the head flap on the back of the car. I wouldn't be surprised if they rereleased this as Bumper with the right head.
Great review 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I like this bumblebee actually. More than the Netflix bumblebee. I think it's Scale better with earthrise/kingdom optimus prime like sometimes in the cartoon.
Nice review man! But i have to disagree with the scale thing, i belive he actually scales pretty well as per what we saw in some parts of the g1 cartoon
This figure makes me wonder if they will use it to make the more obscure Glyph, Tapout, and Bumper figures. A Bumblebee that scaled well with Core class Optimus would have to be a Micromaster I think.
i can't afford to collect that line... sorry... there's just too many characters and i'd be trying to complete the whole line if i did start on it... is just can't afford to start a new line right now...
He Man, Skeletor, Man at Arms, Teela, Stratos, Beast Man, Mer Man and Zodac. I’ve seen reviews of these, you can take them apart and do mix and match. Great for customizers. The set that’s really cool is the Lords of Power exclusive, the figures look like how they appeared in the Alfredo Alcala mini comics.
"He looks like a toy car" I mean the G1 1984/S1 Mini-Cars were designed to be just that. They were in Micro Change line originally that emulated small handheld items, like Cassette Player Soundwave or Camera Reflector, Etc. Bumblebee, cliffjumper, and all of them were toy-cars.
I think the base body is good but but the head, feet and thin arms look weird, hopefully someone makes some upgrade kits for him, otherwise he's quite good.
I have to disagree I think he is a good scale with the War For Cybertron line. I am sure he was just above Primes knees in the cartoon and from what I can see he is just that. I always left the Netflix bumblebee is to bulky and tall so for me this is great.

hahahahahaha YES!!!!!!
I think he is great. For the prize and the size he is fantastic. If you notice, his alt mode is similar to Bumper/Bumblejumper. Great review!
yes i did notice that ! thanks so much bro as always :-)
one shop was selling it for usd$30 !!! go think i waited and found this for usd$14 :-)
Thanks for the detailed Transformation steps for Spike! Most people will tip him over, without the critical "Slowly" part!

yes, i hope we get an updated scaled up version of the TR brawn
I wish there were more minibots in general (especially season 3 minibots like Pipes)

indeed! thanks man :-)
he might scale well with the R.E.D. Optimus Prime
perhaps but i doubt it
@@chefatron wait that old classics deluxe 2-pack Optimus. I bet he scales with that Optimus.
@@therealtripler8629 yes perhaps, but i don't have that figure anymore, sadly
I don't think many people have that figure anymore. it was really bad lol

cool bro! but i don't think you should pay full retail just to get spike
yeah, i know right?
yes that could work
Good review. Reminds me of the Bumblebee character from the Transformers Devastation game.
thanks so much bro, awesome !

hahaha oh no! i hope i didn't make you spend money unnecessarily LOL :-)
awesome bro!
The sarcasm is great on the spike, you had me at slowly 😂😂😂
hahahahaha thanks bro :-)
an jumper/sidan retool of him would be cool

yes, but Earthrise Bee is the current definitive bumblebee for the generations line
Transforming the space suit looks so hard.
oh yes LOL
Its Bumper with a bumble bee head. Great review as always bro !

awesome! bro... i'm ok with it... i'm just not sure where to put him due to his scale
He seems more like Hubcap in his alt mode.
yes perhaps
I hope we get another bumblebee to scale properly with core class Prime
yes
you could say more bees into the beehive
yes ! hahaha :-)
I think he is very good. Definitely a better design than the netflix one.

Does spike scale with Titian masters
no he doesn't
Why not do reviews of the MOTU origins line? It would be right up your alley.

They could have ballpointed the wings and peg hips to add articulation. It wouldn't cost anything extra to hasbro.. a missed concept..

The only reason I would get this just for my 86 collection cuz this is pretty much made cuz of the 86 movie
awesome! hope you get him soon :-)
Good 👍
thanks so much!
Cool!!! ✌️😎
thanks so much!
Why can’t they make this alt mode less fugly. They totally could have made a bumblebee w/ a modern beetle alt mode
yeah, i know right?! hasbro thought they were giving us what we wanted... smh
Love the review hate the figure, because it doesn’t scale well
thanks man
yeah you're right
👍🏽😎👍🏽
thanks so much!

@@Prime-MP10 hello there!
I hate this figure tbh. When Bumblebee was seen on the Kingdom artwork, I was hoping for a re-release of the Netflix one.
that's cool bro
yeah, that would have been better... instead hasbro chose to repack the old Studio Series figures, ones that nobody likes
It’s bumble jumper
i see, thanks :-)
