Thank you for the very inspirational message in your homily, Fr. Anthony, to continue the mission of Jesus on earth. As a laity, it’s a great joy to be a part of the missionary work that Jesus entrusted to the Catholic Church under the leadership of the apostles successors: the pope, bishops and priests. Truly, we need a good preparation for our spiritual life and deep humility in our thoughts, words and actions. The safest and surest way is to imitate Jesus’ life and to communicate with Him at all times, that we may always walk on the right path to holiness and salvation. Then, we can help and bring others back to the Church in peace and an increase of trust, faith, hope and love.

Thank you all who have replied to me and are praying for my son Chris who has stage 4 cancer in his abdomen. I am praying in and with a small group of my friends and family as well. He is in a lot of pain and will be going for a another fluid draining tomorrow and hopefully he is well enough to go through a colonoscopy after the draining. I appreciate all of your prayers, it is what is the most powerful our faith in the healing of the Lord Jesus. Making novenas to St. Christopher, and to the Holy Spirit and rosaries, and many aves for his healing. Thank you from my heart for all of you. Amen..

Thank goodness I turned back to this Mass from earlier today, and I see that at least 10 seconds was taken to pray for the former President and indeed for our country . During the Noontime Mass this was explicitly not done, not one single word about the atrocities from yesterday and I was ready to renounce this particular Catholic Church completely. However the Holy Spirit guided me to search and to listen to an older homily before the noon time one which was a disgrace.
