Can you do a full face using foundations. For example, for bronzer, use a dark shade and for highlighter use a really light shade
I always powder my face before I put on cream or liquid highlighters, and I pat them on, not rub them, because the setting powder is just gonna matte them down and cover them if you put it on top....
And they say Buzzfeed is running out of ideas...tut tut

that second 'white' baked highlighter you used is Flash, which is a white to green shifting highlight :P it does look green when not in the light!

In my opinion, I would have been disappointed with this Advent calendar. Basically highlighters, lipsticks, and tiny brushes... If I purchased that for myself I would have been bummed out by the end of it!

Hey Soph, try spraying the brush (or your finger!) AFTER you’ve put the product onto it. Stops you ruining the pan by making it wet and tends to work a bit better in terms of making metallics and shimmers pop!x
I always mix lipsticks and my favourite lip colours are mixed just by layering 2 lipsticks. I even put on and regular lipstick and then liquid lipstick and it's just really nice.
Also I really love those advent calendar videos propably because my birthday is on December 17th and always love to see what's in them on my birthday

I got the Makeup Revolution 12 Days of Christmas 2017 for my B-day!
Seems like a nice calendar with really good quality products, but I think they made the mistake of trying to cater for everyone with just one calendar. Almost half the calendar were highlighters, each a different shade so everyone would have one shade they can use. I think they should have done 3-4 different shades of the calendar so they could put more shade specific things (like concealer and bronzer) instead of having lots of one thing in different shades. But revolution are such a good company, so no hate, because I love all the stuff they do!! Great vid Soph💗
Your foundation looks a little dark on you. Not trying to be rude, but I had this problem as well in the past. The 00 Alabaster tone of Bobbi Brown - at least the foundation stick - matches me quite well and I have a similar skintone to you. Maybe you could try it - or other pale noses like me who struggle to find a matching colour. :)

Out of all the years I watched UA-cam (many years) I JUST found out you can click on the times ppl comment and it brings you to that point of the video. Ummm do you know how helpful this is? I always used to drag the thing back to that time and it would take forever to get perfect lol
You should blindfold your self and try and guess whether the makeup/skincare product is drugstore of high end 😘😘please x
I love that makeup revolation put so many highligthers in so many different shades, because people have different skin tones. If ur skin is really light you can use the darkest shade as eyeshadow or give it to a friend, same if u have a little darker skin u can use the light ones as eyeshadow or maybe just a highlight...! Wish they might would have put one more bronzer/contour in there, with a darker shade and dropped one of the identical lipsticks. But hey, it’s affordable!❤️
