What fascinates me is that even though a lot of people consider Verosika a villain, she isn't inherently evil. Most of her anger is directed towards Blitz, and she even admits that hating him makes her feel like a bad person.
My favorite thing is that when he admits to wanting to change she starts to feel less angry and she starts to respect him (maybe a tiny tiny bit) more. by not calling him blitz like he prefers over blitzo. AND by giving him a piece of cake she understands that he DEFINITELY belongs at the "i hate blitz" party. I actually really like Verosika.

So because Stolas suddenly wants to jump into a personal relationship, Blitz, a character who has been shown to have massive self-doubt and distrust of everyone, is supposed to magically accept it? And when he gets confused, as someone could, Stolas gets pissy and petty when Blitz tries to figure things out.
People overly defend Stolas because WE have seen how deeply he cares for Blitzo, but guess who hasn't. BLITZO! This came out of nowhere to him. Add onto that Blitzo believes he himself is worthless, and he'll die alone and nobody COULD possibly love him, and Stolas is very clearly not in the WRONG, but neither of them knows how to navigate these waters. This is not Blitzo being shitty, it's Blitzo being shitty to protect himself, and Stolas not getting immediate approval and trying to rip the bandage off. Blitzo probably believes anyone who would get with him would drop him as soon as they figure out how much baggage he comes with, so he's terrified to actually get close to anyone because losing another person he cares about would cause insane damage to him. Then Stolas, who to HIM has only shown the lustful side, who hid his face when confronted with screwing an imp at Ozzie's, just springs this on him, and the moment Blitzo doubts him for just a moment, he literally kicks him out of his home without letting him even think about it, Blitzo even said he needed a minute to think. Especially that party, where he can't defend himself because he needs to keep low key. This episode is fucking brilliant.
@haku8135 Stolas made several attempts to show Blitzo that he holds real affection for him though. Every attempt was shot down by Blitzo. He's kinda being willfully oblivious because "it's too hard to deal with all that right now." He was also the one who initiated the sex and intentionally led Stolas on so he could use him for his book. I underatand why he did this and I love his character but he creates his own problems and gets mad at other people for it.

While I agree that stoked deserves better,i I think blitzo is the way he is, is because he hasn't had a good life, so he doesn't know how express himself, and I feel like he thinks that if he gets soft around someone and trusts them, they will just stab him in the back, so he doesn't let it get serious enough for that to happen. He doesn't believe stolas really cares for him because stoked is a prince and blitz is in the lowest class of hell, so he believes it isn't possible, blitz should learn to trust and believe, take a break, evaluate himself, fix himself, and try again, just show some emotion some times.
People are really acting like Stolas didn't do anything wrong either. Blitzo is an ass, but Stolas literally forced all of this on him. Now Stolas is acting like he didn't do anything wrong either. Stolas just pissed me off these past episodes. This whole plot really.
Stolas acknowledged those wrongs literally in the episode before this one and went to break what was wrong with the amulet given to Blitzø that night to offer freedom but hoping he stays.

Stolas shouldn't have been surprised why Blitzo didn't take it all seriously. There was no reason for Blitzo to think Stolas wanted a serious relationship until that moment.
Don't forget that Vortex is also dating Beelzebub, and watched Blitzø act like a drunken asshole at her party and kill the vibe. So he's there on behalf of his woman and as Verosika's bodyguard.
Not only did Blitzo messed up, but Stolas messed up as well. Sure, Blitzo doesn't respect Stolas with his decisions and makes him uncomfortable, but Stolas did things that Blitzo didn't like. Like how in S1E1, Stolas called Blitzo to announce the "transaction", before he started making Blitzo uncomfortable with his fantasies. Stolas was confused at what Blitzo meant by "looking down at Blitzo", but Stolas has looked down on him, like in S1E2 "Loo Loo Land" and other episodes, he treats Blitzo like he's inferior and to the other imps as well, "Where's Blitzy? He's my knight in shining armor, not you two littler ones" to Moxxie and Millie. Stolas even pinched Blitzo at the cheek and baby talks to him as if he were a child. In "Truth Seekers", he referred to Blitzo as "my impish little plaything" which sounds derogatory since he's referring to Blitzo by his race being an imp, but also because he said "plaything" as if he sees Blitzo not as a person, but as an item. So, the fact that Stolas had done all of this and refuses to acknowledge it makes him a hypocrite. Stolas also should have communicated with Blitzo like asking him how he feels, or maybe suggesting to end the transaction ahead of time, and maybe ask him on a date, just like Blitzo did back in Ozzie's. He could have asked Blitzo to be in a relationship with him.

I don't think Blitz ever had a thing with Tex, I think him & the others from Verosika's group are kinda just there because it's HER party. It's either a perk of the job, or in Tex's case, he might be partly on duty (he IS still her bodyguard, & she is technically in public).
Stolas also messed up and isn’t acknowledging that at all, he acts like he never looked down on Blitzo yet in earlier episodes he showed that this isn’t the case. I think Sarcastic Chorus did a great video on it. Great episode, but I really hope they have Stolas come to terms with what HE did wrong at some point soon.
Blitz isn't the only one to blame though. Their whole relationship started out as just f***ing. That's like getting mad at your f***buddy because you caught feelings.
This episode really cause some emotional damage for Blitz but we can clearly see that he is making some progress of doing better in his lifetime out there. But we might have to wait a bit longer to see if he is going to change or progress moving downwards to make a mess of himself. Here is stuff I noticed: •It seems to confirm that Mrs. Mayberry and Martha are a couple. As both are characters from S1 Ep1 and looking very different but more polished from their previous designs. •Blitz seems to have done some amazing apologetic things from previous episodes characters to his fallen of exs out there •Robo Fizz in Loo Loo Land survived the fall of the Fair grounds as we can see him smiling in the dark shadows •When Blitz gone to the human surface to give a speech at a Memorable Event, the people who died was Brandon Rangers and the Director from S2 Ep Seeing Stars •The Bouncer from S1 Ep 7 came back for the apology tour •In the human surface the old man is voiced by Brandon Rogers who played as “Grandpa” 😅 •There be people in Halloween costumes nods to Movie “It” and Imp •In the party scene, there are demons dressed up as Freddy Kruger and a Sailor •Also at the party, there is a couple of succubuses that cosplay as Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn •The party is a reference to “Scott Pilgrim v The World” movie •There be a Real life version of Blitz Plushy being lit on fire 😅 •At blitz time the table using the table cloth is a bit of a detail being the main colors like the show name •If you look closely at the sticky note with the Blitz Cake, the note say it’s from Queen Bel So there might be more reference in this episode but those are the big ones I can notice so far. I might miss some but I like to share the ones I know so far. 😅 So next episode is going to be interesting with it coming out in October and named “GhostFuers” but during the meantime. So during the meantime some more Helluva Shorts are coming for the moment of the full episodes coming months later. Keep an eye out for them during monthly updates or releases.

They both were traumatically damanged i think. Blitz by his childhood and lifeatyle after. Same thing goes for stolas, stolas was alone all the time up until he married. And that marriage was crap. Also stolas was taught total selfiahness, and he never really experienced socialization or interactions with anyone. So when blitz came around he didnt know what to do, or how to deal with emtions.
I'm not 100% sure, but when Blitz is writing his apology list, I'm pretty sure the music in the background is very similar to one of the songs from My Name Is Earl, a show about a guy who makes a list of people he screwed over and was going around making it right.
It’s not just Blitzo here. Stolas is legitimately too focused on himself and his feelings to see Blitzo’s struggle with his emotions, even when those struggles are right in his face. Even when Stolas says “when have I ever looked down on you?!” It’s like: bird bitch, please! You called him your ‘impish little plaything’, told him he’s ‘cute when he’s serious’, you hid your face at Asmodeus instead of owning your feelings for him and defending him from Fizz and Verosika. Blitzo will never stop self sabotaging until he’s seen. Just as Stolas wants to be seen. They need to apologize to each other and be direct/honest.
I feel it's unfair how much people resent Stolas for not standing up for Blitz at Ozzie's. Like, Blitz USED HIM to get there, then ignored him, then people he didn't know came to harrass Blitz with stuff he never heard about before, what could Stolas do? Especially when he has his own history of being publicly shamed and humiliated with Stella and tried to reach out as soon as the focus wasn't on them anymore, several times. Most people wouldn't have spoken out when shamed in public like that, like Stolas, but most people would say using someone to get somewhere by lying to him and then ignore him is an asshole move, yet people always seem to resent Stolas more than Blitz, I really don't get it. But yeah, Stolas does need to realize what he called Blitz wasn't endearment terms, even tho that's probably how he was seeing it.

He’s ashamed, and while I can understand why after his upbringing and time with Stella, it still has an effect on your partner. Whole heartedly agree that Blitzo’s initial reasoning for inviting Stolas and how he acted was shitty, but by being there, he actually stood up for Moxxie. I’m certain Blitzo was aware what speaking up would cause, when he knew who was there, and he still did it. The question we will never have answered though is, what if Stolas hadn’t hidden himself after being called out for his infidelity with an Imp. How would Blitzo have seen that? There’s certainly a lot of nuance and Blitzo has been a dick plenty of times to earn where he is now, I just think it’s important we address that Stolas is unaware that Blitzo still has some points. I do love the series and it’s complexity!! Lol

This relationship gets me so emotional brooo. Like we know that both of them were toxic in this transaction. Blitzo has his own internal issues to do with love, and trusting people and probably the fear of being vulnerable and the fear of abandonment. He want's no string attached relationships because he is scared what will happen if it was serious. So, he self-sabotages. He chooses to not see that anyone could care or love him as a response in protecting himself and his feelings. But that blinds him to what is right in front of him. Stolas shouldn't have been surprised why Blitzo didn't take it all seriously. There was no reason for Blitzo to think Stolas wanted a serious relationship until that moment.

Not only did Blitzo messed up, but Stolas messed up as well. Sure, Blitzo doesn't respect Stolas with his decisions and makes him uncomfortable, but Stolas did things that Blitzo didn't like. Like how in S1E1, Stolas called Blitzo to announce the "transaction", before he started making Blitzo uncomfortable with his fantasies. Stolas was confused at what Blitzo meant by "looking down at Blitzo", but Stolas has looked down on him, like in S1E2 "Loo Loo Land" and other episodes, he treats Blitzo like he's inferior and to the other imps as well, "Where's Blitzy? He's my knight in shining armor, not you two littler ones" to Moxxie and Millie. Stolas even pinched Blitzo at the cheek and baby talks to him as if he were a child. In "Truth Seekers", he referred to Blitzo as "my impish little plaything" which sounds derogatory since he's referring to Blitzo by his race being an imp, but also because he said "plaything" as if he sees Blitzo not as a person, but as an item. So, the fact that Stolas had done all of this and refuses to acknowledge it makes him a hypocrite. Stolas also should have communicated with Blitzo like asking him how he feels, or maybe suggesting to end the transaction ahead of time, and maybe ask him on a date, just like Blitzo did back in Ozzie's. He could have asked Blitzo to be in a relationship with him.

Stolas also messed up and isn’t acknowledging that at all, he acts like he never looked down on Blitzo yet in earlier episodes he showed that this isn’t the case. I think Sarcastic Chorus did a great video on it. Great episode, but I really hope they have Stolas come to terms with what HE did wrong at some point soon.
Again everyone is making Stolas seem like the victim, their both at fault.
Blitz isn't the only one to blame though. Their whole relationship started out as just f***ing. That's like getting mad at your f***buddy because you caught feelings.

This episode really cause some emotional damage for Blitz but we can clearly see that he is making some progress of doing better in his lifetime out there. But we might have to wait a bit longer to see if he is going to change or progress moving downwards to make a mess of himself.
Here is stuff I noticed:
•It seems to confirm that Mrs. Mayberry and Martha are a couple. As both are characters from S1 Ep1 and looking very different but more polished from their previous designs.
•Blitz seems to have done some amazing apologetic things from previous episodes characters to his fallen of exs out there
•Robo Fizz in Loo Loo Land survived the fall of the Fair grounds as we can see him smiling in the dark shadows
•When Blitz gone to the human surface to give a speech at a Memorable Event, the people who died was Brandon Rangers and the Director from S2 Ep Seeing Stars
•The Bouncer from S1 Ep 7 came back for the apology tour
•In the human surface the old man is voiced by Brandon Rogers who played as “Grandpa” 😅
•There be people in Halloween costumes nods to Movie “It” and Imp
•In the party scene, there are demons dressed up as Freddy Kruger and a Sailor
•Also at the party, there is a couple of succubuses that cosplay as Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn
•The party is a reference to “Scott Pilgrim v The World” movie
•There be a Real life version of Blitz Plushy being lit on fire 😅
•At blitz time the table using the table cloth is a bit of a detail being the main colors like the show name
•If you look closely at the sticky note with the Blitz Cake, the note say it’s from Queen Bel
So there might be more reference in this episode but those are the big ones I can notice so far. I might miss some but I like to share the ones I know so far. 😅
So next episode is going to be interesting with it coming out in October and named “GhostFuers” but during the meantime. So during the meantime some more Helluva Shorts are coming for the moment of the full episodes coming months later. Keep an eye out for them during monthly updates or releases.
I get bliz messed up but so did stolas from the start of the deal they made stolas made there relationship,more physical about sex even though stolas does like bliz for bliz,I love stolas as a character but I want him to take some responsibility to,Stolas was the one who made the deal in the first place.

They both were traumatically damanged i think. Blitz by his childhood and lifeatyle after. Same thing goes for stolas, stolas was alone all the time up until he married. And that marriage was crap. Also stolas was taught total selfiahness, and he never really experienced socialization or interactions with anyone. So when blitz came around he didnt know what to do, or how to deal with emtions.
I'm not 100% sure, but when Blitz is writing his apology list, I'm pretty sure the music in the background is very similar to one of the songs from My Name Is Earl, a show about a guy who makes a list of people he screwed over and was going around making it right.

It’s not just Blitzo here. Stolas is legitimately too focused on himself and his feelings to see Blitzo’s struggle with his emotions, even when those struggles are right in his face. Even when Stolas says “when have I ever looked down on you?!”
It’s like: bird bitch, please! You called him your ‘impish little plaything’, told him he’s ‘cute when he’s serious’, you hid your face at Asmodeus instead of owning your feelings for him and defending him from Fizz and Verosika.
Blitzo will never stop self sabotaging until he’s seen. Just as Stolas wants to be seen. They need to apologize to each other and be direct/honest.
I feel it's unfair how much people resent Stolas for not standing up for Blitz at Ozzie's. Like, Blitz USED HIM to get there, then ignored him, then people he didn't know came to harrass Blitz with stuff he never heard about before, what could Stolas do? Especially when he has his own history of being publicly shamed and humiliated with Stella and tried to reach out as soon as the focus wasn't on them anymore, several times.
Most people wouldn't have spoken out when shamed in public like that, like Stolas, but most people would say using someone to get somewhere by lying to him and then ignore him is an asshole move, yet people always seem to resent Stolas more than Blitz, I really don't get it.
But yeah, Stolas does need to realize what he called Blitz wasn't endearment terms, even tho that's probably how he was seeing it.

He’s ashamed, and while I can understand why after his upbringing and time with Stella, it still has an effect on your partner.
Whole heartedly agree that Blitzo’s initial reasoning for inviting Stolas and how he acted was shitty, but by being there, he actually stood up for Moxxie. I’m certain Blitzo was aware what speaking up would cause, when he knew who was there, and he still did it. The question we will never have answered though is, what if Stolas hadn’t hidden himself after being called out for his infidelity with an Imp. How would Blitzo have seen that?
There’s certainly a lot of nuance and Blitzo has been a dick plenty of times to earn where he is now, I just think it’s important we address that Stolas is unaware that Blitzo still has some points. I do love the series and it’s complexity!! Lol

This relationship gets me so emotional brooo. Like we know that both of them were toxic in this transaction. Blitzo has his own internal issues to do with love, and trusting people and probably the fear of being vulnerable and the fear of abandonment. He want's no string attached relationships because he is scared what will happen if it was serious. So, he self-sabotages. He chooses to not see that anyone could care or love him as a response in protecting himself and his feelings. But that blinds him to what is right in front of him. BUT Stolas also didn't portray his feelings in the best ways either. I just re-watched the whole thing, and literally It's just stolas making really flirtatious and sex-related comments. Stolas chooses his way or no way even if he seems to be "considerate". Like with his daughter and the Luu Luu park thing. She told him she wasn't 5 and didn't want to go, but he ignored her thinking that they would both have a good time because that is what he WANTED to happen. Yes, Blitzo hurt Stolas, but if Stolas is serious about liking him then it's gonna take more than just one simple conversation to sort things out! Stolas Forced blitz into the relationship and 'trapped' him in it but to his credit he did try to make amends and free blitz in Full Moon.
