- In this video were gonna have a closer look at some of the features on the awesome trail "La Golden" in Remouchamps. One of these features is the big rockslab right at the beginning of the trail, which I believe they call "Canadian" or "The Canadian" This feature is pretty scary and I haven't ridden this one before.
In deze video gaan we enkele kenmerken van het geweldige parcours "La Golden" in Remouchamps nader bekijken. Een van deze kenmerken is de grote rotsplaat aan het begin van het pad, dat ze volgens mij "Canadian" of "The Canadian" noemen. Dit is behoorlijk eng en ik heb deze nog niet eerder gereden.
In diesem Video schauen wir uns einige Besonderheiten des fantastischen Trails „La Golden“ in Remouchamps genauer an. Eines dieser Features ist die große Felsplatte direkt am Anfang des Trails, die sie, glaube ich, "Canadian" oder "The Canadian" nennen. Dieses Feature ist ziemlich beängstigend und ich bin damit noch nie gefahren.
Dans cette vidéo, nous allons voir de plus près certaines des caractéristiques de l'impressionnant sentier "La Golden" à Remouchamps. L'une de ces caractéristiques est la grande dalle rocheuse juste au début du sentier, que je crois qu'ils appellent "Canadien" ou "Le Canadien". Cette caractéristique est assez effrayante et je n'ai jamais parcouru celle-ci auparavant.

Nice video and it’s an awesome trail! I rode there today. The line on the right you called the alternative on The Canadian is actually easier, smoother.

At 4:41 you can see why Mark is about to go down hard. Front wheel is pointing left immediately after take off, then he shifts his weight forward. I guess he pumped a wee bit too early and pulled on the bars ever so slightly. If you watch in slo-mo, you can see the back end of the bike start lifting too early because of the early pump, causing the bike to tilt forward. Good thing he escaped unscathed!
Nice! Next time just ride over the rock just before the slab, instead of through the narrow channel. Makes it alot nicer as you don't have to wiggle the bike through. Nice riding though! I think we were there on the same day as you guys

7 Mei doen Mark en ik mee aan de BeC in Remouchamps (Enduro wedstrijd) daarna waarschijnlijk andere enduro adventures. Les Hautes Rivieres is ook top maar zo ook Bouillon

Ik heb helaas geen tijd komende maanden zo ver gaan (zeker met overnachting?). Tot 250km is well te doen in een dag. Hoop ik zomer vakantie alpe d’Huez 🙂
Ik heb mijn smak ook gemaakt waar Mark omver ging, alleen knalde mijn hoofd tegen de steen rechts van de trail
