Haiti is a small country, that has a poorly funded and equipped police force. The Kenyan Special Forces will help tremendously in restoring law and order in Haiti. More funding , training and support should be given to the Haitian Police as Kenya will only be in the arena for a year or two at best. We need to train more Haitian Special Forces. Right now they have a dozen or two SWAT which is not enough. They only have less than 25 armored vehicles. This is quite a limited number. Not a single helicopter. You can see why gangs rule Haiti, simply because Haiti does not have the capacity. This can change with better funding. Make us proud Kenya!!
