Honestly its a bad joke at this point, every day I look at Zillow and the same continues to be true. With the exception of California and New York.... you can get a nice house with a pool and a big lot of land almost anywhere else for the price of an old fixer upper in shitty west valley in Utah. The level of greed and delusion in SLC is insane.
