Parole in place is only for people who are in the state at least 10 yrs
that's a completely lie . the parole in place is just for citizens spouses not for residents
Can ppl apply for pip if you are not married to a US citizen but here in the US for more than 10yrs?
What kind of news is this? I-601A it will be still need it for people that are here less than 10 years and also married after the date required for the PIP.
If u have deportation proceedings u still can file parole in place or not
I got my I-601a approved but I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the country and having the embassy deciding my case because if there’s a tiny thing, they put you in administrative processing and then you wait for a long time until that happens and there’s no timeline for that . PIP is a much better , safer option and you don’t need to leave the US!

Doesn't the new rule (Parole In Place) require the potential beneficiaries to be in the States for 10 years or more by June 2024 ? If so, then, the I-601A will continue to exist.
