Florida native 53 years. Sunken Gardens is a shell of what it used to be after the city took it over. Thanks for the tour, have not been in about 15 years. Maybe time for another visit.
Perfect timing- I’m taking my niece to Sunken Gardens this week. I’ll look sooo smart with you help! Really like your video on The Detroit Hotel too. If you are reading, would you let me know what your theme song is? The one you play with you logo?
Great job ! I remember going to Sunkens Gardens when I was younger (early mid 80s) , the monkey they had in the front entrance of the park was a class act and was the highlight of our visit. ☺️. Beautiful place.
Nicely done! It’s been about 10 years since I was there last. I had to smile when you said ‘doo-doo’ as in “They do do weddings here.” 😊
I love your channel. Keep it going regularly. At one video every week.
My goal is at least 1 video every 2 weeks for now, if I can make 1 video a week work with my schedule then I will.
I was a kid in St. Pete in the 70's and early 80's and went to Sunken Gardens many times on school field trips. Many fond memories!

Thank you for watching! I actually made the theme song myself in GarageBand.

I remember driving by the huge Sunken Gardens sign all the time when I was a kid in the seventies and eighties.
Thank you, this is great! I love learning the history of places
I saw the alligator wrestling show, was great! I remember the monkeys as well.
I remember mosquitoes.
