Nobody’s worried about the Knicks beating the pacers. We took them to seven games with our bench. We need to show we can compete with teams that have elite rim protection… if we move forward with KAT at center, it’s going to be a long year.
That's not true brother. Against most teams we can get by just fine with KAT at center. We"ll only run into problems against elite teams. It wasn't Boston's frontcourt that killed us, it was their shooting.
@@lallen8462 Milwaukee has Lopez and Giannis. Philly has Embiid and Drummond. Boston is huge. Cavs have Jarret Allen and Evan Mobley. The Magic have five players in their rotation that are 6’10” plus… and that’s just in the east. Can we make the playoffs with a small ball lineup? Absolutely. Can we compete? Absolutely not. Without a healthy Mitchell Robinson, we would’ve lost to Philly in the first round last year. Hartenstein is a much better defender than KAT and he was getting cooked by Embiid… and that was before they added Drummond.
@@lallen8462 And if you don’t understand that the Celtics got all those open looks on the perimeter because of the interior threat they pose, you’re just not equipped to talk hoops. We had to clog the lane because Tatum was abusing us in the paint and then they just started raining on us.
@@mummistheword What is it with this 2024 world, where men are so sensitive that we can't even discuss sports without taking cheap shots.. As I stated earlier, we will be fine during the "regular season" with Kat at the 5. Would I prefer to have Mitch, of course. But I'm not stressed out about playing any team but Philly or maybe the Lakers, the only 2 teams that have dominant low post scoring centers. Every other center either plays on the wing, or we can game plan around them. If u worried bout us getting dominated by the Cavs or Magic, then u probably still scared of the boogie man also
