    There is a considerable amount of confusion and muddying of the waters concerning the differences and similarities between Cosmic Rays and high-energy Gamma Rays. Traditionally, as when I studied the electromagnetic spectrum over 30 years ago, cosmic rays were the shortest wavelength electromagnetic energy wave in existence in the universe. Below this were gamma rays, X-rays, UV, visible light, IR and so on. However, I now see that cosmic rays are being described as photons or particle energy and that through interactions and collision with CMB photons, gamma rays can result. I see a number of UA-cam contributors state that gamma rays are the highest frequency (shortest wavelength) classification of electromagnetic energy, this wasn't the case in the past.

    Bruce Banner was pelted by gamma rays. He survived. Well somewhat. Now he's very large and green. 👅

    What about quasars? Aren't those gamma rays?

    • @insanecuriosity2682
      @insanecuriosity2682 4 роки тому

      While a quasar will emit more energy over it's long life. Gamma Ray Bursts are more powerful. They are formed mostly as a result of energy released in gravitational collapse during a hypernova.

    The best in scientific presentations and animations that purport to impart knowledge, but instead prop up the failed dogmas of the Standard Model of Cosmology, brought to us by the BigBang-to-BlackHole sex-and-death cult of NaziScience asstronomers, mathmagicians, and quackademics.
    These boneheads haven't a clue they can swallow. Go to Thunderbolts Project's Space News website for a legitimate explanation of star and planet formation.
    Base theory on evidence, not untestable hypothesis, fairytales, and concepts contrary to demonstrated results. Then, it's not a scientific hypothesis, but simply propaganda.
    Scientific pronouncements by press-release are usually unconfirmed propaganda.
