I'm very disappointed in the task manager. The first task clearly stated to unravel a roll of toilet paper, however he gave points to people who unraveled the toilet paper roll and not the roll of toilet paper (a small but very important difference). This is a mistake that I am shocked to see such a distinguished and high quality show make. I have been a task manager fan since I was a little kid. I told my parents I wanted to be Stanz when I grew up. This is a spit in the face to all of the many lifelong task manager fans who follow this show for its competitive integrity above all else. I hope that soon this show will return to the quality which we had become used to in the minutes before this shocking development.

I just watched the (LEGALLY DISTINCT) Task Manager.
When Stanz popped off from his chair right at the end, I almost cried with laughter.
Then I saw he did our hero dirty. I cannot believe it still. Utterly shook.

My plan for unravelling the toilet roll was to make it unravel emotionally, so be perfectly fine then break down crying.
I was gonna do it by having a toilet roll with a smiley face and then telling it was worthless and would be alone forever, I would then turn the roll 180 degrees to reveal a crying face. I forgot the deadline sadly.
Actually a fire way of turning the success of reacting to task master into some awesome content.
"Legally different" is the greatest phrase I've ever heard used to describe a game show
I think there should've been a ruling wherein if your toilet roll was so small that it didn't wrap entirely around the cardboard cylinder at least once, it's not a roll of toilet paper any longer and therefore disqualified.

I think this idea is really great for the community, and I see the appeal, I even think this video was super fun and enjoyable to watch! But, I do want to say, I think this concept done again, but even _more_ like the taskmaster, where you and the person doing the task are all in a room (digital or otherwise) together, speaking, reacting as a group to all of the other contestants, and I understand this is hard to do when ANYONE can be invited, so I offer you the idea, other streamers! You might be small, but you've got big connections, and if you could wrangle together a group of other streamer friends, maybe even with a "little alex horn" of your own, this idea would go from GREAT to downright LEGENDARY.
Also, some more constructive critisizm, on how to enhance the strengths you've already got, something Gregg does _really_ well is "No, because that's what's funny", or "No, fuck YOU!", and I think that would do NUMBERS

This is amazing. The legally distinct show "Task Master" did a concept when covid started, using UA-cam as a platform for viewers of the show to participate in doing tasks from home. I loved the idea, but it obviously didn't have the same ring to it as the show itself. Now this reintroduction of that concept but with Twitch is genius. It's got what "Task Master" has, and that their YT concept was missing: A true live reaction and judgement to the contestants. "Task Manager", with the right touchups and polish, could honestly get up their as being equally as popular as Hivemind, and would be a perfect running show in the 'Twitch Gameshow' category. Stanz, I beg you to capitalize on this opportunity. Thank you for this, I'm sure Alex Horne would be proud!

I didn't know if it was what I thought it was at first, but when I heard the theme I fell in love, TaskMaster is the greatest show of all time
i think maybe for next time, you should make a community post with the challenges at the same time as on twitter, gotta pump the analytics and community posts are so good for growing youtube channels

Love the ideia Stanz, if i may give a recommendation i would say that you should make the competitors film the challenges live.
Everyone that wants to participate in one task needs to be in live while you're reading the task, in that way you would have the "think fast" vibe of the show.

This was so satisfying and fun to watch; all of the contestants did a great job! Only question I have is, why set the deadline so soon after the youtube upload? Just feel like a couple more days in between the video and the deadline might inspire more people to take part-unless this is planned to be weekly?

Hey Stanz, been loving your legally distinct series Task Manager and figure I'd throw out something you could try doing to add some urgency to some tasks. On some weeks, you could have one of the tasks début at the start of the stream and require that participants submit their attempt by a specific time after the other tasks are overlooked. I recognize it's difficult to incorporate a live component when people from various time zones and work schedules participate, but I'm sure there might be other innovative approaches that could somehow be incorporated.

You should make the challenges somewhat subjective, aka best, amazing, helpful, open ended to allow some like the last task ambitious offers to shine and to remove the first task being the way it was with the most interesting solutions eg robots etc getting technically the worst times
