Sorry to say but jaa is best post in NTPC. Im currently working as a ACCT(level-2) and I'm selected for sr. Clerk cum typist (level-5) as a replacement pannel but im refused to join in level 5 bcoz of slow promotion and as compared to jaa, sr clerk post work is hard.
Sir please maintain the video editing level as your content quality. There are few spelling mistakes(Bottam instead of bottom, CVT instead of CBT) while editing, may be this is not that much big factor but eye-catching. Thanks a lot for your real & in depth quality content ❤️

I think you don't have proper knowledge about JAA, I am jaa, and yes in my department I have seen dy facao which is level 13 post , has been promoted from jaa. Hope in next video you will correct it. Btw video was great.

Here i am talking about promotions for which they have to clear internal exams unlike Sr.cct where they get promotions upto level 9 w/o any such exams. And any Group C employee can become group B officer by appearing exam there no debate. Even I myself have worked in HQ with Dy.com (equivalent to dy.facao) who were initially Station Masters

Mehnat aur kismat dono ka apna role hota hai, lekin kismat bhi unhi ka saath deti hai jo apni puri koshish karte hain. Agar aap consistently mehnat karenge, to safalta zarur milegi. Bas apne best efforts aur positivity banaye rakhiye
My father works in Damaodar valley corporation and my whole life he worked in shifts. So our lifes have adjust to it so much that 10-5 seem like a bother to me😅. In my opining some time you have whole morning for picnic or other family outing and some evenings you have for fares,dinner+movies. But you can't do those in 10-5. It will be a rush. My opinion though
