If the brand which I wish to register is registered on an individual person's name ( i.e. the brand owner is a single individual person) and not register as on any company name. then can I register that brand? if yes then which documents I have to submit, trademark certificate, or brand approval letter. thank you
If a brand name registered already either individual or company and you apply same brand name your application will get rejected

Hi Ma'am i have just created my amazon seller account by seeing such motivational videos thank you. My question is regarding selling price profit ..example i have listed fashion earings and amazon shows that referral fee and closing fee total charge including gst is 102 apart from this delivery charge as per the order location ( loval reg or national) after deducting all fees my profit comes out around 80 for national ..so i want to know that from this profit of 80 i have to pay gst to government or how the process goes for gst i m confused ..plz help
