haah when i was 14 there were those touchscreen games in videogame arcade and I ve had so many moments of glory pretending i was a supernatural talent 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 the owner of the arcade also called me at home once!! (no idea how he found out my name)
all the bars around here have these touch screen games. a lot of em are spot the difference type games. maybe ill have to try this as theyre often timed.
+BenevolentDick go for it! I have a spot the difference game on my PSPgo (yes, I have, love and still play my PSPgo) that I rule at using this idea. It doesn't always work and sometimes items on the edge of the board gets confusing for blending-sake, but give it a shot.
Is that only when you want to impress someone though as it takes all the fun out of it. I also hate crossing my eyes, I am to scare to. Where I live is known for gusts of wind with hardly any warning. Then how will I do my job? Ha, ha. I'm terrible. Thankyou John.
for some reason, it won't work for me. I can cross my eyes really far, but I can't hold it long enough at the right crossedness without unfocusing. I know exactly what you mean, and how to do it, I just can't 😣
You only need to do it lightly. You'll start to see the images move, what you have to do it try to merge them in the center. What you are trying to do is get 3 images. You might have to tilt your head a bit to have it match up. You have to be perfectly horizontal. Once it matches up, try to relax your eye and the image will become clearer. It also works with 3d side by side images. One way to practice is to look down on your keyboard and try to merge G with H. It will give a cool 3d effect. Hope this helps
Sorry, I can only get two images, and they keep drifting out of focus. I know what you mean, I'm probably just physically incapable of doing it. I'll just solve spot the differences normally, as they don't crop up much
Matthew Shaw If you see two images, you probably went too far. When you cross your eyes, do the images split apart? Try this. Look at the back of your hands and point up with your index finger. Have them about 6 inches apart arms length in front of you. Cross your eyes. You should now see double images of your finger, giving you 4 fingers total. Two on each hand. Start moving your fingers closer together trying to merge the inner ones together. Once they merge into one, giving you 3 fingers now. Start moving them closer together trying to keep the fingers in the middle merged by uncrossing your eyes slowly. Once you get all 3 fingers pretty close together, start trying to relax your eye and it will start to go clearer. This part might take a bit of practice. Hope it helps :)
+Conor H (Urban) Good idea - it's added. Here's the exact one I used. www.everydayok.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/05/everydayok-6-spot-the-difference-between-two-little-piglets.jpg
Your mannerisms, the way you annunciate words, general appearance, and even your teeth remind me A LOT of a former co-worker. His last name is Hines--ring any bells?
now I need a hack on how to cross my eyes to do it!
Oh wow. So like the magic eye thing. Dang. I went from average to expert after watching this video lol. Thanks!
Thank you so much for this Tutorial! I send all my Team mates from different Guilds to this link to learn your technique!!
I'm obsessed with these! I actually have bought big ass books that are full of them. thanks for the tip!
Ah! Someone else who does it my way... I thought I was the ONLY one who knew this!
Same

Or, you could simply load both images into a photo editor, line them up as best you can, then use the "difference" function. :p
+electronash well, yeah, there's that :)
Whay it doesn't work for me at squer (kvadrat), but only at long squer.?!
Cool trick, nice video.

Good one!
