One of then reasons why Non Muslims can't go is they don't even have space for all the Muslims which is why they're expanding it. And also it's a place of worship that's it

+udhayagowtham kettavan , absolutely you can, just make the politic documents such as visa and passport stamping, and say the Shahada ( There is no god but Allah. Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.) as a religious visa, and you are more than welcome as a guest in Allah house.
