The will of the people expressed in a political rally cannot outweigh a court order. Does he understand due process? Referendum? Formal petitioning? Shame on you, Murugara!
But it is not said that way, it is said through a referendum otherwise it will be used to subvert the constitution. Imagine if next time the president asks "mnasema niendelee au nisiendelee"? at the end of his term meaning he should extend it....
