Just the name of Sir Nandy is enough to like and subscribe a video. I am amazed at his profound knowledge of Tantra and his lucid explanation. Being a Bengali I feel like speaking to his Mom because Bengali moms usually do not allow their children to explore much besides going for a good salaried job. Kudos to Sir's family for allowing him to pursue his passion.

According to NCRB data in 2022, West Bengal ranks no.1 in 498a cases and the same NCRB data says year after year 98% of cases are false!!

Many speakers who speak on the Tantras have often made two distinctive arguments.One which says the Tantras are different from Veda vidya and are parallel science to the Vedas and some times have higher significance than the Veads.Another school of thought says that Tantras have many similarities with Vedas but,they are hierarchial in nature of divinity worship.But,reading deep into the Tantras may give different approach.Many scholars in Varanasi says they are nothing but the expanded Brahmana texts.Tantras specifically include those Devtas,Yagnas,Vedic Rishis etc.But,they delve deeply into One Devta Upasana.Taking closer look Tantras contain 50 to 80%of Vedic content depending upon the Tantras.If we compare Pure Sciences and Engineering,the Vedas are like Pure sciences and Tantras are like different branches of Engineering having their base in the pure sciences!!!

Exactly, I too noticed that for sm reason PPL try to alienate Vedas from tantra. But majority of tantra's theme is from Vedas from sacrifices to topic about sex, it is discussed there. Only now these things hv become taboo. And if we compare Vedas with puranas these two seems almost different. Even the names of gods r different except Brahma and saraswati.
Vedas and tantras are absolutely different. I don't know where you did your research or gained knowledge about them. Vedas says if a man wants to achive the highest salvation then he should have to do the penance and live in restriction. But tantra is liberal. They don't care about your cleanness or purity or penance.

Absolutely, a systematic explanation. Unfortunately I am unable to find any book explaining what sir has explained. May be he acquired by reading different literature and got a percpective. Hope this should be put into a systematic learning

The speaker uses chronology to talk about Tantra and uses words such as 'evolution' and 'comes down to', which subtly conveys the way he has realized this within him. Rather, it would be better if its looked as *enhanced manifestation* of certain ideas at certain times: Vyakta and Avyakta. At different times, different things came to prominence. As Vedas, Tantras are also Anaadhi. Its just that came to prominence (aka followed by a lot of people) during a particular period. So it looks like an evolution, but its not.
This is the centre for indic studies where history and archaeological context has to be included not only the eternal first of all it does not matter at what time period The controversy fault but that aren't received every tantra was not given at first there are many countries which are written in later Vedic languages there are many countries which are written in a completely different language is there is something on as linguistics there is something called as archaeology but by definition that way Revelation from my knowledge in that being said it cannot be denied that things about over a period of time we know in Bengal that cal date on TV during the time of Guru matsyendranath then it evolved during the time of Ram akush vidyalankar then ultimately now that we have during the time of Sri Ramakrishna is given to us by krishnananda agambagish these things are there

Simple Agnihotra is advised at Akkalkot in Maharashtra at Sunrise and Sinset time with ahuti along with mantra ....10 min ritual to remove negative energy in our home.The vibhuti out of it can be added to get healthy plans to get good flowers.Request to throw light on this please.We tend to adopt such methods which are easy to do in day to day life of working busy women in a brahmin family.Kindly advice.

One should research the Life and teachings of Kavyakanta Vasishta Ganapati Muni. He drew multiple parallelled and relations of Tantra Shastra with Veda Shastra. He says the Dadhamahavidya Upasana is same as Vendanta upasana of Udhgeeta Vidya, Gahara Vidya and so on.

My great grand Aunt who was a very religious lady , at the age of around 90, after finishing her daily chores one day sat in the aangan in mayb a dhyan mudra and people in the house noticed flames from her lap and she fell down dead....((she was one lean woman had no ailments ...always ate less..)).since then her picture found a place in our pooja at all times. This was pre independance time..She was Into dhyanam for prolonged periods of time since many years. What was this? I never understood since my childhood days. Was she a Siddha? Did she attain absolute oneness with the deity? Or was it the peak of her Sadhana simply?
Great info. TANTRA is not alone for KALIYUGA. It was there in ancient India parallel to VEDIC system. Rishi Atri was one of the main Author of RIGVEDA however the son of Rishi Atri called DATTAYREYA was a master of AVADHOOT TANTRA tradition .
The Tantra tradition was even there in Satyuga ( Prahlad was disciple of Tantra tradition). Like five states mentioned in Bible ( son of Man; son of God ; Holy Ghost; Holy Father and Lord) is parallel to Tantra ( Rudra; Mahesh; Shankar ; Sda Shiv; Adi Shiv ) . The same five levels are copied in Jainism ( sadhu, Uppaddhyaya; acharya; Arihant; siddha); Gita (purush; Abhas purush; Kutasth purush; Sat purush; Divay purush) ; Vedic ( Shar; Akshar; Pra; Pratpar; Pooran) ; Swami Narayan tradition ( Ishwar; Param Ishwar; Sat chit anand; Antaryami or Sda Avadhoot; Pooran or ADI Avadhoot or Niyanta Bhagwan).
King Yadu ( the son of ancient King Yayati; Rigveda) was a desciple of TANTRA AVADHOOT DATTAYREYA. Also KING KARTA VIRYA ARJUN was a follower of TANTRA. King ALARK of KASI too followed AVADHOOT tradition. Even today lot of people in NEPAL, Maharashtra follow DATT GURU AVADHOOT tradition ( MAHANUBHAV PANTH; Dattayreya sampraday etc )

Just like tantrik initiation .Ved ritual and teaching isn't by birth based .It required a certain lifestyle.Vedic times people respected them cause they walked a path which was very difficult.Most of the Brahmins were very poor and ate whatever they got from alms.Their main occupation was to study and do rituals they couldn't farm or do business even if they are starving .Their children were taught and followed the lifestyle from an earlier age which is difficult.If you chose to follow the path you could like Maharshi Valmiki and Vishwamitra .Their food depended on the dharma of the society so a greedy society wouldn't give them food . 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Visiting temple workship god in festival offer puja, homa which most of ordinary peoples doing now a days is comes under Vedic sadhna,
But in tantric sadhna is a technical branch where you can directly connect with diety with sadhna.
