Great to see a tour done by a woman. My wife and I are just planning our first European trip in an A-Class van. Hi Sue - Stumbled across this video researching motorhomes. What a small world - we lived in Bratislava for 6 years before repatriating to the UK. Similar objectives to you - travel around Europe but will probably base ourselves in France if we can navigate residency post Brexit. Happy adventures!
Yes we will think about that in the winter months I suspect, as we’re fortunate enough to have fairly good summers here, so we’ve managed with the hob and bbq so far. The problem with adding a full oven would be the loss of so much storage in the kitchen.
That’s a beautiful motorhome 😍 we looked at a B474 I think it was called which was almost a baby version of this one! Very nice van, You have many happy adventures ahead of you ☺️
I love the front double bed that comes down electrically, with the additional pillow extensions allowing sleep in any direction. That is the first bed I have seen like that. That would be a fully made bed that accessible within minutes.
No the extension sections can only hold 100kg not the whole bed! 😂 it’s just so people don’t put their whole weight on the extension sections which might damage them the bed will obviously hold two adults or several children comfortably and safely. The extensions are only for added head or foot space
@@BellasBigAdventures thanks for your clarification :) i saw it on other videos but without showing the extensions so i thought the bed could hold a maximum of 100 kg.. so i thought that makes no sense ..even 2 children (big) are over 100 kg
Thank you. The thing about this twin is with the infill cushion it makes a huge almost king size bed whereas the island double is slightly compromised by having cut off corners for access to each side.
I love this motorhome! Do you know if we can have it shipped to the US? Europe has the best caravans. I look forward to your adventures. I’m a new subscriber from Washington State. Congratulations!
Nice van, just a shame the last owner didn't think to put a Gasit system on it so you could top up at the LPG pump rather than lifting gas bottles in and out.
Thank you for watching. We have considered it but lots of people seem to be reporting garages removing their LPG pumps! It has 2 big automatic change over bottles so we’ll see how we go and keep an eye out for pumps.
You're right that it's getting harder in the UK. No problem in Germany where we've been since December, 'Autogas' pumps are everywhere. Good luck with your travels.
I love this model of RV. I wish I could find something similar in the US. Do you have solar and lithium batteries? If so, how much? How much water? Thank you. I love it. Have fun!
Hello thank you for watching, yes we have 2 x 95w solar panels and 2 lithium batteries. More than enough to be off grid for several days especially in a european summer. The fresh water tank is 180L waste 150L. We love it.

It’s a very well made product we love it. It can be fitted with an oven or microwave/toaster grill as an option but we didn’t get to spec anything as we bought it second hand. So far we seem to be managing without one but maybe in the winter we’ll revisit that idea. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment it’s much appreciated. (It does have a reversing camera too)
The shelves in the toilet might be a good place to put a reed diffuser to keep the toilet smelling decent. Seems a bit of daft design not to have a small oven grill under the hob as there is a pantry space behind, would make it more flexible for winter travel.
The toilet smells are taken care of by a sog system thankfully. We have a toaster and a remoska for winter cooking so don’t miss the oven to be honest, which would take up a lot of storage space. I know uk spec vans all have a full size oven but most European vans dont and having lived without one can genuinely say we dont miss it. We can make a full roast dinner in our remoska if needed.

Thank you. Price would vary depending on many things, what optional extras you specified, engine size etc. Check out the Hymer configuration page on their website.
Width is actually narrower than a few others but the length is more to be aware of. you do learn very quickly that the back end follows round at a tighter angle. If you’re worried you can get driving lessons in your vehicle from the caravan and motorhome club. You’ll love it don’t worry. It all seems very scary to start with but you soon get used to it.
Thanks for watching. Glad you enjoyed it. Yes we currently live in Slovakia. Price wise you’d have to check on the hymer website as we bought ours second hand and it really depends on all the optional extras you choose. Nice van otherwise, good German quality.
Lots of Brits say this but we can honestly hand on heart say we’ve not missed a huge oven. We have a remoska which is smaller, lighter and means we dont lose all that cupboard space. There are lots of alternatives these days so i think more vans will ditch the conventional oven to help payload in future. Ive cooked a whole roast dinner in a remoska so nothing to miss really. Thanks for watching and commenting 🙂
@@BellasBigAdventures I also have a remoska, but am almost never on hookup. Do you use the Remoska with the invertor, last time i tried that, i killed the batteries!
Yes although our van was overspec’d on solar and batteries by previous owner but ive also used it with a power bank. We have an ecoflow delta mini which allows more power hungry gadgets like hairdryers etc to run without draining your van.
Breath voice so bad. Motocaravan is good!
Apologies I had hay fever.
En français c est mieux autrement ont saisi rien donc en français
My apologies but I don’t speak French I think it’s possible to do subtitles on auto translate. You need to turn on the subtitles then click setting and there will be an auto translate option to many languages.
Beautiful rig!
Thank you 😊
