Love this bag. Also didn’t like the tassel pulls but couldn’t locate the color I wanted in the giant hardware. So, I just took one of them and cut three pieces. That way only one is “damaged” So much happier. Glad the bag has worked out for you.
I've got this bag in size small, same hardware, same colour but not distressed. It gives the effect of a mini bag on me due to my being 6 ft tall. I didn't want the mini because of my height and the need to carry a bit more stuff on an every day basis! I like the tassles (slightly Boho I think) and the silver hardware because it suits my mostly casual style. It's been my Winter every day bag for two years and I still love it as much as when I bought it!

Hi Jerusha. I have a question about returning an item. I bought a wallet at louis vuitton last june at George st. I don't live in Sydney so it took me a while to go to the shop but I e-mail them a week after I noticed something is wrong with the stitching. When I went to the shop again last week, i talked to a man near the front door(the one who welcomes you in the shop and asked you if you need help) and showed him the problem but he told me it's normal. He said it's hand stitched so everything is not perfect. I am very disappointed with their customer service. I really want to return the wallet because I am not satisfied with the quality. Do you think it's possible to return it because I am not satisfied with the product? thanks in advance.
The man at the front door is usually a security guard. I would go back and ask to speak to a sales assistant and talk about it with them. They should at the very least arrange for it to be repaired. Do take the receipt with you. Good luck.
I doubt they would refund or exchange for new piece... after 6 months they usually offer a free repair if the item is damaged due to poor quality. At least that's what happened to me, you should go in and ask to speak with the manager, and not a door man.
hi j! please don't be offended but I feel like this bag is too small for your frame. also, i feel like the city bag is a slouchy carefree looking bag and I dont think it looks good being so stuffed that it sits up like it has structure.

I braid the leather pulls or knot them. I also tuck the zippers inside or through the ring so they don’t flap and get in the way
