The way they think that just bc a person was poor as a child or assumes they’re poor means they’ll be poor for the rest of their lives. Then, there’s the whole hierarchy amongst the rich, where if a person/family is “second generation rich” they’re not as good(like money is money & rich is rich). How do you think your family(ancestors) became rich in the first place?.. they just got rich out of nowhere? No, they were out there working in the fields like everyone else lol Everybody starts somewhere; they started from the bottom and worked their way to the top. Like the ML told the scumbag ex “that was in high school...” you have no idea who his family is or what he’s been doing behind the scenes and for the FL to assume he’s lying about his identity was a bit judgmental on her part as well. I’m not saying you should just automatically believe what you hear, but like don’t just assume/judge when you don’t know either🤷🏾♀️😅

I feel the same way. The more of these cdramas that I watch, the more repulsed I am with this obsession of making people kneel or forcing some other cruel humiliation on them. These used to be things that only scumbags and green teas would do but I have noticed a recent trend of even the hero and heroine demanding that others debase themselves.

Good cast. A hackneyed mid-century tale of personality swaps detracts from the drama. No hackneyed kidnapping, all in all passable 6/10.😎
