I think one of the most hilarious things about the HoloX birthday calls to each other is that the birthday girl somehow gets surprised when the rest of the squad pulls up, does their robotic message with a twist, then dip. Like, fam, you deadass did the same thing to another member earlier in the year, how are you surprised? XD Also, the Gundam thing iirc was because there's a Gundam Zeta model, so the JP-niki meme'd on her with that, and they had some hilarious edits with her sporting the model's helmet.
1:50 The Gundam featured there is the Zeta Gundam (and with the iconic 'Believe in the sign of Zeta' from the first Z Gundam OP). A bit of a joke when her name was first revealed (and the Gundam community's overall meme of calling many things a Gundam), though only with a few pieces of fanart of coming of it.

That HoloX birthday speed run for Koyori reminds me of the story Lui told about Laplus' debut. Most Hololive debut streams are 25 - 30 minutes long as they go over their lore, interests, and appearance. However, when Laplus was about to debut she told her manager that she didn't want a long debut so she was going to do hers in 5 minutes. Her manager then contacted Lui in a panic and begged her to convince Laplus to go for at least 15 minutes. Laplus' debut did end up being about 30 minutes, but 10 minutes of it is pre-recorded advertisement for HoloX, and the rest is Laplus just talking to chat. Laplus has been speed-running expectations from the start. Requesting a Part 3 and the inevitable part 4 as you really seem to be pacing yourself, Tier. XD Have a good one!
14:55 A lot of the more expensive/reserved host clubs only serve to well known customers and go off referrals from what I've been told. It can still be an issue, and it's why they have such heavy guards when employees arrive and leave the establishments. A lot will arrive in disguise as cleaning or delivery staff if they get popular enough.

Host clubs, while fine as a casual thing, are unfortunately very predatory in nature. There have been cases of women selling their houses to spend all of the money on a certain host. If you are aware of idol culture and the creepy fans it has, then you can understand what a few hosts might experience. And this isn't mentioning the other side of the equation where (mostly young) women now in need for cash and what that might lead to.
I don't know if you even watch clips or react to other Vtubers besides Hololive but if you do... then I could recommend you to react to sone clips(there aren't so much clips)of new Vtuber from IdolEN, her name is Riro Ron
