I saw a forest setting in the white room, it was a forest at night, and i met hades! He was so loving and kind, i even felt him give me a pat on the head, he told me i need to be more kind to myself and i need to let myself grow..
I saw hades with blue hair and skin, he had chocolate brown eyes and a brown suite.
I even shed a little tear with how much love i was feeling. I’ve never felt that amount of love before...it was amazing..
I saw galaxies and lush bio-luminescent plants and yea i saw Hades to I didn't even have to ask I just knew
I saw the woods and I met a goddess who looked purple at first but when we embraced she had luscious golden hair and a halo and wings that wrapped around me. She said I wasn’t ready to learn her name but I don’t know who she is.
I saw the same thing! The only difference was the hair color I honestly thought I was going to cry but he was very loving and nice it’s crazy

during my meditation I FELT their presence but I couldn't see them. I often heard giggles or soft feminine laughs but I never got a glimpse of my patron.

I saw Artemis, a beautiful woman with eyes as green as the grass, skin as olive as the trees and hair as brown and long as a forest, she took my hand, hugged me, i thanked her for my time and i felt so free and alive after. thank you
I also saw Artemis. Her hair was borderline black for me. She gave me to best hug ever. I even felt the urge to call her mom.

Oh they just made me giggle and it felt like I have been a friend or so to them forever. When you were on about asking the name he just cut in and went "It's Dionysus" which made me laugh even harder cause he gave off this energy that if you didn't know that already you were living under some kind of rock. At first I was surprised but as soon as I did a little more research on him it made sense. I only knew him as the god of wine but turns out he is the god of theatre and I am involved with theatre and god it is my passion. Of course I was trying to finish the video but I could just hear him in the back of my head going "stop this and start talking about your experience with me" This has been crazy but I enjoyed it!
AnneLabyrinth he is/was also lover to the goddess of night Nyx/Nox (Roman pronunciation)... The goddess of night. I believe she is my patron goddess... I have yet to see her with my eyes/minds eye but she has made herself know to me in a dream and also has verified it’s her by guiding my research. Too hard to explain but wow! Your patron god Dionysus was lover to Khaos (or Chaos) daughter, she’s believed to be one of the very first goddesses! So, there’s a cool connection you may not have known about!

I saw a tall man with blonde hair, bright blue eyes, a gorgeous smile, and an overall such energetic, positive energy
I asked who he was and I felt an energy in my head
He smiled at me and he made me think
He told me " you know who I am "
I hugged him and thanked him and he kept smiling
I have never felt so happy and peaceful in my life
I have always had a connection to Apollo and i feel so sure that he is my deity
The way he said « you know who i am » he knew you one day would reach out to him and he knew who you are. Congratulations 💜

Me too!! Oh my gosh. Good to know I'm not crazy. He stayed silent for a little, and when I almost asked another question, he said his name and then I asked, and hugged him and that was the best feeling in the world

Obsidian The Wolf X3 yea I have that problem too. I try to put something over my eyes like a blanket. Idk of this is helpful but when you close your eyes, it’s black, try to find shapes in the darkness.
Practice makes perfect. I would say try doing visualization exercises and practice meditating in general. I have the problem sometimes too when I can't focus. Try experimenting to find the environment in which you can relax the best and focus. Maybe diffusing some essential oils, listening to soft background music, wearing a blind fold? Find what works best for you, love. Good luck
H o n e y b e e beginner wiccan here. I usually lower or turn off the lights when meditating. it helps for me, and don’t discourage yourself.
Same. Even mediating I tend to flutter my eyes because I find hard to focus. But let's try each day and we gonna get there!
I met Athena. She placed her helmet on my head, handed me her shield, and spear and they disappeared/their essence absorbed into me. She let me know that I’m supported throughout my emotional battles 🛡. She then put an olive leaf crown on my head and put golden cuffs on my arms and legs that also absorbed into me for additional protection.
hey thats amazing! i have a question...i saw this woman with long, light brown hair, with the front side parts put back. she was wearing a long white gown that had sleeves that only went around a little bit of her arm. she also had blue eyes. any idea who that could be??? she didnt tell me her name

Eva Jain Aphrodite! I just did this as well I envisioned a beach at dawn and I was met by a woman with light brown wavy hair who told me Aphrodite was her name. I looked her up (as a refresh of her symbols ) seashells dolphins etc I cried so hard

Can't tell if I met Dionysus or my mind was showing me what I wanted to see but everything just felt ✨ I N T E N S E ✨ and he was just kind of smiling and giggling while I looked at him and tried not to cry

i feel like i was doing things too forcefully. i couldn't quite envision my room and when i tried to see the god/goddess i couldn't really see anything? like it felt like everything just kept shifting again and again. plus my mom called for me and everything was interrupted :(

Same here! Then when I envisioned the goddess I got a flash of red hair because my friend had mentioned how she got Aphrodite and she had red hair. Then I saw a woman with curly brown hair with little flowers in it wearing a dress with her hands folded over her stomach. I thought that maybe it was Persephone because I was hoping to get her as my goddess but then I started doubting myself think maybe I just imagined it and it wasn’t rlly her?
i don’t know why, but when i met my goddess, it brought tears to my eyes. i just felt so warm around her. this was great!!

i saw persephone as well !! at first i saw her with long hair and her skin tinted pink but then her skin turned to normal and she had red hair sort of? it was crazy but really cool. then apollo started to come out of nowhere while i was talking to her and so she had to leave :( i talked to apollo for a little before i saw my tv box’s light flickering and he said “oh sorry if i’m freaking you out- you look nervous, but that’s me” it was w e i r d- overall 9/10 would obviously do again
....I met hecate...it was wierd to be tbh...I still feel her around me
I saw hades and when I saw him he said "hello child" and it felt so warm when I hugged him. He had an almost father-like energy and I felt so at home and peaceful. And o recognized his voice as a voice I have been hearing for a couple of weeks (I had assumed it was either my imagination or a spirit of some kind) and the voice has been giving me good advice and just talking to me.
im still crying, a beautiful woman with long brown hair appeared before me, she didn't say much but when we hugged she leaned in close and whispered "i am Hera and you are one of mine if you need me a will be there" i feel so warm and loved
I met Hera too! She made me feel that way also it was crazy!
I literally started crying when you said hug your goddess. Hestia made me feel so warm and loved.

This did help me find my goddess. For the past hour and a half or so I have been in the bath and every once in a while I would see a bit of smoke arise from the bath water, even though there was no fire near me, I have a fire stone in my hand and as I went on I was only able to tell my goddess was wearing a dress and sandals. She told me her name started with a P and was four letters long, the first thing which came to my mind was Pere but after doing some research I have found a hawaiian goddess for fire, Pele. Now I feel bad whenever I put out a fire, whether it be in the fire place or a candle, I'm glad I found her
A way to feel a bit better about putting out a flame is by tapping it out or snuffing it. blowing a fire out can be taken as rude sometimes

My goddess has fiercely protective energy. We hugged immediately when she appeared. She had the head of a lion. And I didn't hear anything but I clearly felt the name Bast. I cried when I hugged her 😂
Oo, I think you have the Egyptian got bastet! Some call her bast, and she is cat like!! So cool!

I found a twisting snake ring quite recently in my garden, it felt right somehow as I took it and placed it on the pinky finger of my left hand. As I did this meditation, I found myself in a beautiful Icelandic forest that reminded me of home, with glittering frost and cherries hanging from the boughs of the gigantic red-wooded trees. When I walked up to the hill (I jogged and skipped, more like), I felt a breeze and down from the wolf-grey sky came a woman - a beautiful woman with long, wavy jet-black hair, freckles covering her forehead and cheeks, pale skin, a long nose, and two brilliant green eyes. I asked her for her name, but I already knew the answer. She told me, "My name is Loki."
I held out my hand. "I'm Sophie," I said.
"I know," Loki replied, but shook it anyway. Her hand was warm, but not sweaty, like mine surely was. Her emerald eyes glinted with happiness.
"Why are you appeared like this?" I asked her. I'd always envisioned Loki as the Marvel one, Tom Hiddleston.
"I can appear however I want to be," Loki replied, shrugging. She sat down, patting the grass next to her. I sat next to her and felt the wind blow through my hair. Her inky-black locks blew in the breeze. For awhile, we just sat like that, me and her. I felt very much at home, very warm. She noticed my snake ring and grinned, her lips quirking in a mischievous way. "You found it," she said.
I nodded. "I never take it off," I replied, because that was true.
Loki took my hand and together we watched the forest from the hill. "I'm going to tell you something that you'll have to discover for yourself later on," she told me. "You will become to be known by the second thing I am."
"What does that mean?" I was confused.
"It means whatever you want it to mean," Loki replied. "Make your own path."
As the meditation ended, Loki watched me turn away from her. As I was about to walk down the hill, I had a change of heart and ran at her, launching myself into her arms. She laughed softly; her chin rested on top of my head. She kissed my hair. "Go now," she said.
I thanked her and waved goodbye and walked back through the forest, twisting my ring as I went. As the forest began to disappear into the white room, I collected my colours and put them in a jar, painting it in shades of earthy brown and emerald green and icy blue. It glowed like the sun - like Loki had done.
This is one of the best meditation experiences I had. Before coming here I believed Apollo was trying to reach me here. I was planning to use this to reach him.. However usingmy third eye during this... I saw a extremely tall dark figure with a clock of the starts and a long broader nose peeking from the hood. Very unsaturated skin with a blueish aura raidtaing. All I could think of is the feeling you get under a night sky and the beam of light came from a new moon.

They didn't speak the whole time but nodded to things I was saying as if they had faith in what I was trying to achieve. I couldn't see their face but specks of light kind like snow but not cold was around them. Like holy verison of fireflies. I asked for their name but they didnt speak, all I could think of now is maybe Hades cause the letter H was floating in my head along with a skull and wings. White wings. They bore a crown of leaves or wings like the Greek statutes have and I felt a heavy pressing of one apon my head. I felt like I was almost flying after meeting them.
I felt black silk around my arms even though they were about 2 meters away.
When I asked for touch like a hug I felt scared but they rested a hand on my shoulder and nodded to me. Its hard to pin point what I felt. It was definitely a masculine presence.
I'm thinking it may be a detity linked to the night sky. I wanted to share my extremely vivid experience. I practice mediation very often so these pictures in my head to be this detailed are very normal to me. I wondered if anyone else had some insight to see who it might be? Maybe hades? Or a god of night or stars or the moon?
My brain doesn’t allow me to visualize anything but the entire time I felt like there was a pit in my stomach. Also i cried? Is this bad or good ahhh

this was a while ago, but i thought i'd share my experience. when i first tried this, it was very easy for me to focus, which is unusual for me, my brain is usually very active. when i fell into a meditative state, i saw a girl with a white dress, wavy brown hair, and smile wrinkles. i couldn't stop thinking of the name "talia" so i looked it up, and found a greek muse named "thalia" who looked exactly how i'd pictured. it was absolutely insane, and im gonna try and do it again tonight to reconnect with her. thank you so much for making this.

reading everyone's stories, I feel so discouraged. I did everything I was supposed to, but I never see anything. never hear anything. never feel anything. I want to find my dietiy, but I never get any signs. everyone but me can do it..

i felt a presence there but i never really seen them. i heard them say after the question that i wasn’t ready to know their name and that i need to visit them again. it was a female voice but i never knew who exactly it was.

I cannot even begin to describe how amazing this was. I am a recently deconverted southern baptist. So I was so used to never getting any response from a hateful god. Hermes came to me in this meditation. We had a full on conversation. And to say that he stands for everything I could ever hope to be is an understatement. I started doing more research on him afterwards and everything seamlessly fell into place. Thank you so much for this. You have been a true help

Wow I was contacted by freyja too! She didn't give me her name but I envisioned a beautiful woman with curly red hair and a golden headband on! I then later researched goddesses with red hair and found freyja! I was shocked because the woman in the pictures looked exactly like who I saw today

Id seen Freyja with red hair she changes her image to me often once shed appeared naked only wearing her necklace with long white blonde hair.
There she was. Standing there so warm. I felt safe. I felt... loved she hugged me tightly like she was telling me through that hug that everything will be fine.

When you do meet your god or goddess, here is a list of questions that I like to ask them to get the bigger picture:
1) Why have you chosen to contact me today?
2) Would you like to work with me?
3) What can I gain from our relationship? What is something new that I can gain from working with you?
4) Would you like me to worship you?
5) What (specific item, food, smell, etc) would you like on your alter?
6) Are there any acts that I can dedicate to you? Is there a specific goal that I can easily accomplish that would please you?
7) Are there any final messages that you would like to give me before I say goodbye and send you back?
If they don't give you a name: ask for their ethnicity, what they are the god/goddess of, animals associated with them, smells or foods associated with them, and items associated with them.
And please remember, you are not required to work with them just because you met them. Use your intuition and be safe. Good luck!

I didn’t meet a god or goddess, I met my spirit guide Michael the Archangel. It was such a surreal experience that’s never happened before. I cried during and an hour after. Everything just feel in place with all the signs and what I’ve been doing. THANK YOU!!!

When I was supposed to be seeing my god/goddess everything went completely black and I felt waves of energy go though me. I can’t tell if this experience was a negative or positive one

You could also try meditating with a white candle for protection
I have the same thing, but like I just can’t see things in my mind like at all. Even when I was Christian and praying it was the same thing, even in churches.
I had the same sort of result. I could easily picture the setting, it was a jungle island, but when the beam appeared I got blackness but I could make our what looked like wings descending. I could feel the energy so now I'm wondering if what I was seeing was just the physical manifestation of those waves of energy.

anyone else feel like that you aren't really there. That your just Imagining the things. that your thininking in your forehead and not your brain. And your imanging the sounds but you cant really hear it. and when im trying to think of the light beam coming down, it doesn't open, and then I think of the comments and how people are seeing a women with red hair so I imagine aprhodite but I cant see her. I cant see anybody. like I think Im imagining what im seeing with my forehead not my brain. I cant hear anything and im imaging that im there but im not sure if I am? could this be that my god/goddess doesn't or isn't ready to contact me? and if so how do I make myself more contactable.
avaaa I’m in the exact same situation. I feel like I’m trying way too hard to at least see someone but I feel like it’s more me forcing myself to picture someone rather than them actually showing.

Same for me. But this is like only my second or third guided meditation. Maybe you are new to it too? We probably just need more practice. I think we are overthinking it and our minds are too cluttered
You can’t really make yourself more “connectable” with them, they will give you signs when they think you are ready to work with them, please be patient and keep doing your craft/practice! They will see how much you improve and then will give you signs. Working with gods and goddesses is a BIG responsibility, and if you are a beginner, you shouldn’t work with them! It takes time, and trust me, working with these gods is hard. You have to give them offerings and if you anger them, something bad will happen. Be patient and wait for the signs. If you see anything unfamiliar, then research and then reach out to them! Blessed be!
I saw a shirtless man with a sash. He had curly, orange/blonde hair and had this leaf crown thing. I believe it was Apollo. EDIT: wait- it might be Dionysus

apollo is quite the character - he said he's been trying to work with me for years now haha!!! so glad i got to meet him.
I didn't believe it for a second...I walked through a lucious forest, with tall trees and beautiful plants..flowers that I inspected..but seeing my goddess was mind blowing. She had black hair and green eyes. When I asked her name and she responded, I immediately opened my eyes and had to research her appearance. I can't believe it but Athena reached out to me and I have never been so happy. I have Artemis as a deity and honestly Athena has been running through my head a while now..
My God was Thor. I finally felt I met someone I could be comfortable and open with. The protective and empathetic energies that came from him were practically intoxicating.

I met Loki. When I saw Him and met Him, He hugged me. I nearly cried. I felt so at ease and welcome. When I thanked him for his time, He thanked me...

Hm, really struggling with the visualization aspect and meditation. Meditation is hard for me with ADHD. Unfortunately, I did not see anyone.

i felt the same way, also i feel like if you go into a space you are more comfortable in, you can make it so that you have less distractions if you don’t want to close your eyes and just think in your own space

i felt aphrodite hugging me. before my room was cold.. it’s so warm now.
I was sat and the room I though of was black and filled with darkness. However, I kept walking and I met a beam of light. Then I started to hear the laughter of what seemed to be a strong deep voice. I began to question the laugh which just make them laugh even more!! Then suddenly it went quiet and they whispered, Libbi do not be scared I am Dionysus and I have been waiting to connect with you. I’m so glad you arrived. I began to cry I couldn’t stop I just kept crying and crying. It was like I could feel his presence almost hugging me as I cried. I said my goodbyes (for now) and when I opened my eyes all was calm and an overwhelming sense of happiness came over me. I am so glad I found you Dionysus.

When I first did this meditation I was skeptical - mostly about my own ability to really open myself up for this type of direct contact. Nonetheless, a figure did appear and at first I thought it was Athena, but then she corrected me - she was not Athena, but Brigid. I still only felt half-connected and mostly surprised that it was Brigid who showed up (I've never felt much of a connection with her before) When the time came to say goodbye, however, I was suddenly sobbing and filled with a longing for her to stay and to hold me. I cannot describe the kind of love I felt - pure maternal and powerful love and acceptance. It was an incredible experience and one that I thought would not be easily duplicated.
Now, some three weeks later I decided to try it again just to see if I could have even a shadow of what I experienced the first time. The room I envisioned was the same and I found myself quickly dropping into the meditative state. As soon as I saw the hill for the second time, the name Rhiannon jumped into my head. Again, this is not someone I've felt drawn to in the past. As I continued up the hill I found that I could not stop smiling. It was as though I were in class with my best friend and we could not pay attention to the lesson; or like I'd been reunited with someone I've not seen in a very long time and we're both filled with such glee and enjoyment and seeing each other again that we can't stop smiling. I wept again, when it was time to leave, but wow, a totally different yet just as powerful experience. I don't know what the magick is here, but thank you so much for this gift. I will be returning often.

i didn’t even know what demeter looked like but she showed me her pale self and her green self. it makes so much sense but she did end up with me because i’ve always been drawn to seasons and earth
It was Hecate. She hugged me the moment she showed up, and told me she'd been trying to contact me ever since I was little. She called me her son, and told me I could call her Mother. She told me that she's always been here for me and that she always will be. I'm still crying, thank you so much for this meditation.

You could try doing usual guided meditiation to get used to picturing things and relaxing properly and then try coming back, it definitely helps, though you may just not be ready to meet your deity yet and that’s ok
The gods come to you when they feel you are ready.
When I was in the room I ended up painting all but one of the walls with just everything from nature. The fourth wall, I left blank. I think that there is life in the blank because we lose and forget and pieces become more blank. When I was walking up the hill I only saw poppies and grass, no other plants. Then I was met with a goddess with pale skin, brown hair, and brown eyes. First I thought she was Artemis, but she laughed when I said it. When I asked her name she wouldn’t tell me. Then I asked her how I could find out her name and she told me something about two rivers. Then we said goodbye and I almost started crying. After the video I did some research to try and find her.
At first I thought the two river piece meant one river that split into two sections. Then I realized that the River Styx could be thought of as a “two river” because it flows between the mortal realm and the underworld. I was pretty sure I was close, but then it didn’t feel like it was Styx with me. Then I remembered that the river Lethe was similar and that it had a goddess as well. After doing some research, it seemed like Lethe was the goddess I saw. Also poppies are said to grow on the bank of the Lethe and the Lethe washes away memory, leaving them blank. I really feel like it was Lethe I saw.
The one thing is I feel weird that I have a less known goddess, like maybe it was my mind trying to make connections that weren’t there. If any of you have input I’d love to hear.

I met Diana and was confused when she appeared as a stag before me. Looking into her history I found that it makes perfect sense! She only revealed her human form after telling me her name and me hugging her. It was truly magical. Thank you for this
As a baby closeted pagan, this had been the first meditation i have ever done in my entire life when it comes to deity communication. I'm a Celtic Pagan and I've only ever been into paganism for 2 years. I met Cernunnos, The Horned God. He felt so comforting to me and we had a conversation. A small conversation but a genuine one. My room was green-yellow and was filled with plants and sticks. I also remember walking down a familiar trail that I often walk on in my town. This helped me so much and I really appreciate meeting my first deity! I was absolutely amazed and fascinated by everything that happened during that session and I will remember it for the rest of my life.
Wow, i saw a giant raven, with black wings that had a glistening opal shine to them, with light green almost yellow eyes like mine,, He didnt speak he crowed around 3x but I heard in my head the words "Live" he didnt just show up during the light parting, he flew in and was watching me during my creating of my room 😊 thanks

I met apollo, he was so nice and I cried and when I hugged him to say goodbye, I actually felt like someone was hugging me and I burst into tears, that was the most amazing experience I've ever had felt, Thank you apollo and to the person who guide me, thank you👍☺️

i think i may have met persephone. when we hugged she said “it’s going to be okay” and that was the one thing that didn’t feel forced in this meditation, like it was actually her, and i really needed that.
I believe I met Aphrodite, whom I already worshipped and am devoted to prior to this video. Her voice was so soothing and beautiful and when i hugged her I ended up crying a bit, it just felt right
At first I thought I had done this wrong because the God I kept seeing didn't have one appearance. It kept changing. First he had reddish or strawberry blonde type hair then gold and then black (all the same length, which was long), but despite the different hair colors, he still had the same face and same mischievous blue-grey eyes while he was changing. I kept hearing the name Loki which made sense because what I filled the room with was norse music and paintings of the aura borealis and other norse sigils, but I thought that my mind just wanted me to think it was Loki so I called it quits and went to look up who I really saw. But I couldn't find any norse gods who strictly had dark hair and were male (because he finally stuck with black for majority of our meeting after changing it twice). So I looked up what Loki looks like and sources said that it was never written what he looked like, but that some sources said he was either blonde or strawberry blonde, or dark haired. Regardless, people inferred that he might be some form of blonde simply because he was described as a very attractive God, and back then lighter hair colors were considered more attractive on viking men than dark hair, and some men even found ways to bleach their hair to lighten it. I also read thatLoki was fair skinned, which the God I saw was. After thinking about it, I think it was Loki because 1: he is a shapeshifter (which would explain the multiple appearances, 2: he had a michevious look in his eyes, 3: he was pretty darn attractive in an oddly feminine but not feminine way (??) and he also had fair skin and 4: his hair changed to all 3 colors that sources debate between. They debate a golden blonde, a reddish blonde, and a dark brown almost black and he had all of those, nothing in between - no white, grey, pure black, light brown, dirty blonde, platinum a blonde, aburn, you name it. Just a golden blonde, a reddish or strawberry blondeish and then a dark brown color, which stuck with for majority of our meeting and most people think of when they hear Loki. Thoughts?
I too saw a man who was changing and i asked his name and he said Loki, and fit, and we hugged and it felt so warm and mischievous i was so happy, i was worried about no one else seeing Loki, I'm glad you did too
congrats on starting work with loki (if you choose too)!! I've been working with him for a year now and there is never a dull moment. he'll turn your life upside down sometimes, but he's one of the most caring and loving gods i've ever worked with honestly. just know that he'll never do anything to purposefully hurt you (at least not very much. everything will have a lesson to learn). hopefully i can meet my goddess through this meditation.
during this, I saw my god, but it was very faint. I knew who it was immediately. The red hair, pale skin, strong jawline, and the giggles that released my mouth gave it away. it was Loki. I've been working w Loki for a month or two. hes been great, he just puts me through struggles to help me grow, and sometimes hides my things. he is a trickster God lmao. hes very patient w me when it comes to offerings. he knows I cant really do too much of them right now. hes great. but like i said, i could barely see him. is there any reason why?

Please be careful when working with Loki. I learned the hard way. Also loki in Norse mythology isn’t born from a GOD he’s born from a frost giant.

What signs did you receive that showed he wanted to work with you?
I saw a man adorned in obsidian armor covered in moving metallic images of screaming faces and wars long past approached me. Spikes protruded from his armor and his eyes glowed with the energy of a lightning bolt. He told me that his name was Navakala, meaning new age in Nepali. He spoke of how he controlled the tides of change and the pattern of time. Peace always followed by war. He told me that the next cycle of tragedy is to come to pass so the world does not become stagnant and o be prepared, for I would play a part. He was going to say more but I lost focus. I left awestruck and filled with questions.

I think that I met Persephone today. She was beautiful, just a couple inches shorter than me but still made me feel protected and safe. Her hair was long, honey blonde and softly curled, and her smile was dazzling. Her eyes were a soft blue-green. When we saw each other she smiled big. She took me in almost like a proud parent. She was very patient with me and the fact that I was kind of a mess. We didn’t say much, but she gave me a tight warm hug on her tiptoes. I don’t have much to offer her except my gratitude, but she gets my time and support. Thank you, Persephone.

Update: I feel so happy now, this time, I was really calm and happy and when I saw them, I could almost cry. I couldn't see them but their energy was so strong, I hugged them so tightly I was about to cry. I don't know who this is but this is amazing, thank you so much

This was one of the most beautiful things I've experienced. I met Artemis. I've admired her since I was a child so I immediately started crying when I heard her name. When I was telling her goodbye and you said to give her a hug if I wanted to, she knew I wanted to and initiated it. She held my face and smiled at me before ascending again. Thank you

Im new to this. I've asked for signs and got a few but I was still unsure about them. I questioned and doubted and this video helped comfort me. When I saw the God and hearing "what is their appearance" I grew frusterated. It was as though I wouldn't look up to see their face. I only saw that they were wearing a white cloth and it was a man. He held his hand out to me and I took it. I'm still a little sad that I didn't quite hear a name or think of one and I didn't see his face but I'm sure soon I'll be able to see his face and know who he is

Googled and apparently she does also appear with golden hair! So cool! I thought it didn't work though because of the hair and didn't wait to hear what she had to say! 😅
Lee Harding that’s what I saw too and I thought that she had dark hair also. One difference for me is that at first I didn’t see her and all I heard were birds in the background and her name was said several times.

I was in a black room at first with splotchy bits of white...and suddenly I see this guy figure with his hand at his temple.
As if he was stressed out. When he seen me he looked at me as if he had been waiting a very long time to see me.
He then disappeared....when it was time to talk he said his name was
"David". I didn't/don't get it and even tried asking but I got the reply to figure it out and when I thanked him and said I will talk to you soon he nodded and stepped in front of me and I honestly felt nervous and it's like I've known him forever and I asked if he would like a hug....and before I could finish he said
"I would love a hug".
I also seen a drawing on the wall when I left it had skinny branch's that blossomed white flowers....any idea who this God is?

At few times ago, I often dreams being in the meadow with flowers, the birds chirping and sound of harp playing with great scenery of sunset. Warmth, peacefully and giving harmonies.
Then when I played this video, I finally meet Apollo in person. He was so tall and great with such light radiance from his face and golden hair. And somehow, I felt like I already know him so many times ago.
We don't talk too much. Our eyes looked up each others, but somehow I can sense like warmth in my heart, some forgotten memories that I can't recall, sort of sensation in my senses.
His hug felt comforting and telepathically he said to me "be brave cause i'm Apollo".
Somehow all the dreams, all the scenery, the sunset things and harp sound make me realize that it was him trying to communicate with me on my previous dreams.
From the white room, i turned to a latge forest with lush Flora, mainly roses and daiseys tall redwoods lining the path, the hill was in a clearing and the beam loomed like it came out of the moon. The deity was a tall slender female, wearing white but having a shadow like figure behind her... I asked her name and i heard "Hekate, Hekate, Hekate" over and over... she had a motherly aura, and when we parted i bowed to her because thats what felt right... when i climbed down the hill my body felt light as a feather, as if she took my pain away... the roses color dripped off and they shrunk until they became nothing
I was in a similar place when I painted my room when I first connected with Hecate, but with an added flock of sheep. As I went further I saw a bunch of flowers but the ones that popped out were crocus type flowers, which led me the hill and light. At first I could only sense him but over time I saw enough of him to realize it was Hermes. When I asked he also told me “you know who I am” when I said Hermes he confirmed it. When I gave him a hug it felt like an older brother and the winds wrapping around me and when I woke up it felt like a giant breeze him my body. It was very nice
I met Dionysus and I instantly started sobbing. I felt so loved and cared for by him and I cannot wait to learn more about him
I saw a caring, motherly goddess and thought of Gaia and started crying out of nowhere.
I feel like I did it too forcefully I’ll try again but I was just imagining it wasn’t even like a vision it was just me trying to make it up

Throughout 95% of the meditation I was slightly struggling to visualize, but I usually can’t ever visualize. But when you were telling us to say goodbye, a lady with pale skin and glowing blue eyes flashed before me, twice. I knew it was a goddess reaching out to me. It just took me a little longer. I did not receive a name. I looked up “goddesses with glowing blue eyes and dark hair” and Nyx was the first to pop up, the goddess of night. I believe it was her but I’m not positive.
Edit: I think it might be Athena now.

Strangely enough, I already have 3 deities and two of them appeared, Hades and Persephone, and they felt so welcoming and proud even though in struggling with self worth and my practice. It was reassuring.
I have 3 currently, and 1 that I work with by association. Sounds like Athena may be my 4th.
I was so worried going into this because I had no idea what kind of god or goddess would come into my mind so I was afraid that my own experiences would cause my mind to create something I recognized but what I saw was unlike anything I've ever seen. She was a goddess in a white dress decorated with dashes of blue, red, green, and she had a silvery mask with a face of changing expressions and a plume of red, gold, and green feathers and she had a beautiful name that could be spelled in so many different ways. I wasn't sure what to expect going into this but I definitely didn't expect such a visceral feeling.

I never thought a God would come to me. He did shift appearances, however. At first it was hermes, Hercules and then finally Zeus. I broke down crying and he rubbed my head as if I was his daughter. It's very comforting ❤️😭
Okay, my experience was I was in the forest/woods then I when to grass hill thing. I heard two names Hera and Aphrodite, the goddess had blonde hair and a beautiful white dress. I think there was a crown or something on her head. She was beautiful and I felt like she was very motherly or/and caring.
Another thing the whole time I just wanted to run/dance in the grass or run around in the woods
Edit: When looking at zodiac stuff I saw a goodness called Rhea, there is an blonde version of her that looks super close to the one I saw in my mind.
Also my tarot card birthday thing is Chariot and that is one of her symbols

I cried so much toward the end oh my god... I felt so loved and so safe when she hugged me back. This guided meditation is so amazing
Yesterday I felt a pull as i was writing a song. Ive never done anything like this before, but one of my friends introduced it to me. It was raining and I felt drawn to it. It felt like someone was with me. So I did this. I saw a cottage in a forest with little blue birds chirping and a stream running near it. The light brought Dionysus (ive never looked at how greek gods look and i explained how he looked to my friend and he said it was dionysus). I asked why he cared and he said that he knew what I'd been going through lately. He knew that I need comfort and that I needed guidance. It was amazing. He stayed with me even after I woke up. Even after I said goodbye, he was here. He stayed and talked for about 10 more minutes before leaving. Im getting tarot cards to talk to him easier. This was truly amazing. Thank you.

I got through all of this but my focus broke and my mind created something I’ve already seen I got really upset and almost cried what can I do to be really focused and then when me and him started talking it’s was random stuff mycconsious was thinking I’m just upset now but thanks for the video wish it worked for me ;/
I think I met Zeus. He had white hair curled with a beard and his energy was very much like a father, he did not say his name but I felt it. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed and said that everything will be alright.

I have had several dreams like this but I never saw him only his presence and statue however I am not Greek or Italian mostly British Celtic and Germanic some what Norse pagan.
i had to pause it so i had time to do everything but once i did oh my god everything was so vivid and i think i contacted Artemis and it’s amazing
I teared up, I felt a strong presence but didn’t know who it was all I saw was a figure standing there. So I kept looking asking questions, then I saw him. He had a long, grey beard, a hat, and one eye. I said “Odin?” He said “Yes, it is I Odin” he then put his hand on my shoulder and said “I will always be here”. I felt so comforted. Hail Odin!!!
As soon as I saw the god descend from the light, all I saw was a shadow or silhouette of a man it was all black, I couldn’t make out any of his features, I decided to look up again at the sky, and I saw a tall maybe 6-7 foot tall woman with pale white skin, and she had white hair when she first descended but it gradually got purple, she was adorned in a flower crown and she was wearing all white with blue and yellow accents, i asked her, her name and she said Terra, I looked terra up and surely enough she’s the Roman version of Gaia.

OMG THIS IS AMAZING! I met a tall Greek-like God with no name for now. He said to be kind, be strong, and that Perseus will come. I asked who Perseus was and he said that I will find out later. I asked if I could hug him, he said yes. I felt my God's warmth, I COULD FEEL HIM! I told him that I have to go, but it is not goodbye, just a see you soon. He then started glowing alight blue and said see you soon Haley. I almost cried. I found my nameless God😭😭😭😭

Zeus / Poseidon ?
i once had a dream where multiple gods/deities appeared to me. During this meditation one of them appeared to me once more. Kinda long blonde hair, a helmet with wings, like a white tunica i guess, and cool strappy sandals. He has big kinda angelic wings. I asked for his name and he said Hermes, but he’s cool with Mercury too. I asked him why he contacted me and he said that he wanted to protect me. We hugged and his wings wrapped around me like a barrier. afterwards he took off again.
The last part was so cute 🥺
I met raphael and i heard him say hes here to help me on my spiritual journey. Looked him up and hes an archangel that helps with healing, protection and journeys. Super cool
I expected to see my Patron god Apollo but I met Hermes for the first time today. Nice.

All I could hear and see was Hades... and when I saw him he made me feel sad, and I started crying a little like I could feel some people's pain. But it felt good to see him at the same time.
I couldnt see anyone it was more like a silhouette of light. Yet i talked, i recieved no answer and i was quick to give up hope. However when you said to hug them and thank them i had a overwhelming burst of warmth and positivity. I started to cry and get really emotional. Im still unaware of who this could possibly be but i will be keeping a look out for signs and other things. Thank you for this video
i almost cried. i came with the intent to meet aphrodite because she’s been reaching out. when she showed herself her hair was so beautiful, auburn color, emerald eyes, white dress and her smile was so pretty. when i hugged her i felt it i swear. her hands were placed on my upper back and i wanted to cry.
She opened her hand a small ball of fire appeared and I knew it was Hestia in that moment and I was just filled with such joy.
