  • These are incredibly delicious and make the perfect sweet treat packed with healthy protein. I have a mini waffle maker, and this recipe made 5 waffles. These waffles and dip are tissue repairing, muscle building, and gut healthy powerhouses!
    Below is the nutrition per waffle:
    180 Calories | 12g protein | 22g carbs | 5g fat
    In addition I made a high protein maple yogurt dip. The nutrition info for the entire dip is:
    190 Calories | 28g protein | 10g carbs | 5g fat
    Waffle ingredients:
    - 3 servings @drinkwholesome vanilla collagen powder
    - 1 egg
    - 1 tbsp olive oil
    - 1/3 cup fat free milk
    - 126 grams @traderjoes ube pancake and waffle mix
    - Oil spray
    Protein maple dip ingredients:
    - 42 grams non fat greek yogurt
    - 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
    - 1 serving @drinkwholesome vanilla protein powder
    Recipe:
    - Combine and mix all waffle ingredients (except the oil spray)
    - Preheat your waffle maker
    - Spray the waffle maker between each waffle when cooking
    - Combine all the yogurt dip ingredients
    - Toast your waffles
    - Dunk the waffles in the dip and enjoy!
