I got covid

This is why I haven't posted any videos in awhile. I got covid pretty bad and it took me right down. I had a pretty severe case of it, not like my friends and family that had it and felt better after 3 or 4 days.

Well I'm back on the ariel rider and riding back and forth to work again. It feels good!👍 The docs say to keep moving as much as you can.

She's doing better. She wasn't anywhere as bad as me. But she still has the cough oddly.
