Honestly this song is underappreciated
I gained respect for it while creating this
ARE Y’ALL EXCITED FOR OG ABUELA IN THE MOVIE??
CAUSE I’M P U M P E D
Song: "Hundreds of Stories" from In the Heights, featuring Lin-Manuel Miranda and Olga Merediz
Can you imagine Anthony Ramos singing this with Olga Merediz? UGHH GOSH. I can't wait for the movie man
HECK YEAHHH
Is gonna be awesome. And Lin is gonna be the Piraguero guy😆The character fits him so well.
His voice is beautiful but'll kinda miss Lin's voice.I know his voice is not one of the best voices in the world,like...if we compare with Anthony,or Leslie,or Christopher, anyone in both musicals he wrote,he was always like the "worst",like, all the other ones could reach really high notes and they had beautiful tones and Lin has this low and like "normal" voice. But to me his emotion when he sings...maybe it's just me,but i feel it everytime he sings,it looks like he's feeling every lyric, every phrase, and when he's sad in the songs, like in It's quiet Uptown in Hamilton, man, that is...heartbreaking to me,not just the lyric, but the way he sings it.Something about his voice...i dunno.I really think Anthony is gonna be an amazing Usnavi but i'll miss the way Lin's voice makes me feel with this musical(good i'll have this videos to listen to)
@@claricesilva2700 I think that Lin has a beautiful voice too. Legit tho, before I ever knew Hamilton, I was introduced to Lin's music through Moana. I remember falling in love with We Know the Way particularly for the lead singer's voice alone, and surprise surprise, that singer was Lin!
His voice sounded so uniquely exotic to me then, and I loved that about it. I think he just needs to practice some more and work on his range. Perhaps even get a singing coach to help him out (maybe not right now tho... Cuz uh... corona)
If it’s safe, it should be coming out sometime this year :D
_U. S. Navy_
I love the protagonist of In The Heights, his name is US Navy
Ironically enough, I just relistened to the whole musical yesterday and and was like ‘aw man, can’t wait until youtube user Paigeycita gets to the rest of my favourite songs, I love their lyric vids & commentary,’ and then I saw this today!!
So thanks, lol! I should clarify that most of the songs in this musical are my favourites because I love them all a lot, and this song is definitely no exception but it also makes me sad for reasons related to later songs rather than this one specifically & want to sue LMM for emotional damages >:’(
1. I’ll get my brother to be your lawyer because I fully support that idea
2. I feel?? So famous? ? Thankyousomuch
I love how this show keeps me entertained for so long despite not having a huge story just good music and relatbke shit

*"You and I"?* **One Last Time flashbacks. (¿?)**
"They were inseparable, they even got sick together"
O O F
The us Navy part is so wholesome I Stan 😍😍😍
Am I the only one who things "Uhhuh uhhuh" is a kinda rude response to being told your Abuela is giving you $32,000? LOL
Fair, but Usnavi’s also in disbelief; there are too many thoughts running through his head for him to properly thank her yet.
True, but it's also kind of funny tho
It’s a spanish thing!
It’s “aha aha”
He’s excited!
It’s basically like: “keep going, keep going!”
@@armandoguzmannieves5472 this is true I speak in spanish to some of my friends and this ends up being thrown in there from time to time
I am in love with this- hundreds or stories is honestly my favorite song
Heck yeah!! It’s high on my list, but I’m pretty sure my favorite is still Carnaval :)
Same to me
The little commentary are highly under rated.
btw, I also know what rubbernecking was.

I wish this song could be in the movie version but they change storyline and it great too
3:19 does the Star of David replacing the JU in July have a meaning?
July -> Jewly
@@Paigeycita facepalm!!!
@@Paigeycita I am a year late but I laughed out loud rn
Being familiar with the movie first, the fact that Abuela Claudia survives the night was a HUGE shock to me, and a contributing factor to why I like the Broadway version better.
I came back cause the movie will be in June and I have tickets for their first day of tour in May where I live
wooohoooooo! back at it!
I cried
AYYYY YESSSS
My dad was reading the comments and he (monotonously) said, “A-Y-Y yes. What does that mean?”
@@Paigeycita It means that AYYY maybe should have been spelled AYE.
