I actually assembled it without the video and discovered that the instruction booklet tells you to look for base spring washers and washers in addition to the 4 screws in the base. Only found one set of washers not two. But seems to have attached ok. Plus I needed two different sized Phillips head screwdrivers. One size does not fit every thing. Also the nut and bolt for the grills are loosely placed in the bag so be careful as they are easily lost. Take considerable longer to assemble than the video suggests. Good luck.

how do I make the fan to oscillate? where should I unscrew?

Hi,
To Oscillate
Oscillation range of 85º.
Set the oscillating switch to the “I” position
to oscillate, and the “O” position to stop.
