Just to clarify Semenya is intersex, she has xy chromosomes but her body did not complete the full transformation. She has internal testes instead of a uterus but does have female sexual organs. She is in-between men and women in terms of testosterone and it's benefits.

@@martjie , thank you so much for posting this. I have said to people for years regarding Semenya this same thing, and I always like to add: the absence of a fully developed penis doesn't make one a woman. All else about him is male. Therefore, he should compete against men.
