Without reconfigurations of the buttons, there is no way you can do both at time, on a PS4 version of DOOM Eternal, the chainsaw is mapped to the Square button, while in Animal Crossing New Horizons, the Axe only responds to the A button, the Y button (the button that corresponds to the PS4's Square button) has no effect when the Axe is out.
