Alesis v25 mk1 looked much better than this
Yeah i have one it has all the same buttons just labeled now lol.
I emailed Alesis asking for firmware release notes. That was a week ago. Automated response says they will get back within three days. Four days later I emailed agan. Same computer response. Now its been a week and no humans have emailed me back. Maybe no humans work at Alesis now.

In my opinion, the new design is pretty bad. It was possible to change the layout of the control units on the old version of the keyboard, which would have made it extremely comfortable.
Increase spacing between enkodors, add full size pitch and mod wheels.
Move the panel with the buttons down, which would allow you to change octas and turn on the effects with your thumb without removing your hand from the wheels.
