WAIT stands for Worship, Anointing, Intimacy, and Transformation. This conference is designed to guide us in living a life of true worship, which brings about the anointing-the consciousness of the Holy Spirit. As John says, "You have an unction from the Holy One, and He shall teach you everything." This consciousness leads to greater intimacy with God and, ultimately, transformation in our daily lives.
As believers in the Lord Jesus, we are called to live a transformed Christian life. The Bible urges us to let Christ be formed in us, and as He transforms our lives, others will see Jesus through us. When people see Jesus in us, they glorify the Lord. Matthew 5:16 says, "Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven."
Our purpose here on Earth is to glorify Jesus and reveal Christ to humanity. When Christ is revealed to humanity, God the Father is glorified. This conference aims to help us achieve that purpose, guiding us in our journey of transformation.
Our major focus previously has been understanding that God created everything to give Him pleasure according to Revelation 4:11: "Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory, honor, and power, for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created." We understood the word pleasure, which is the word Thelema.
In this session, we will deeply explore this with the help of the Holy Spirit, answering the question: "What gives God pleasure?" Every born-again child of God should ask this question. Jesus said, "My meat is to do the will of my Father." This was His purpose on Earth, and it should be ours too. When Jesus' disciples asked Him to teach them to pray, He told them to pray, "Thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven." The will of the Father drove Jesus.
This should also be the desire and drive of every born-again child of God. We must seek to know and do the will of the Father. Sometimes, we think our desires give God pleasure, but they may not. As one man of God said, building a stadium for a crusade may not give God pleasure if it is not His will for you. Pleasing God should rise and fall on doing His will.
So, what gives God pleasure? What does God want us to do? Worship is about what gives God pleasure-what He wants us to do. Romans 12:1 tells us to present our bodies as living sacrifices, holy and acceptable unto God, which is our reasonable service. Service and worship are not limited to singing or rhythm but extend to living a life of responsibility and worship to the Lord.
When we present our bodies as living offerings, we carry out the act of worship. Worship is not just in the spirit; it is also in the body. Worship becomes our life and identity as we live responsibly unto the Lord. Worship gives God pleasure and involves presenting our bodies as living offerings.
When we worship God, we show Him politeness, respect, admiration, and devotion, making Him feel loved by us. Thus, we fulfill 1 John 4:19: "We love Him because He first loved us." Worship is reciprocating God's love in our bodies.
Let's worship God in our bodies, not just in spirit, but in every aspect of our lives. Join us at WAIT CONFERENCE 2025 for this journey of true worship, anointing, intimacy, and transformation!
    Jesus is Lord.
