    I like the colors you used in April flowers.
    Easy Glide are my favorite needles too. Might be harder to end thread in back. But where there’s a will, there is a way. Even if I have to thread a regular needle.

      I can't wait to show off my MFE either! I'm struggling finding the right frame and I suspect I'll just have to go the custom route. And yes, 101 Alphabets is definitely long haul. If I didn't approach it that way, I'd likely never even start it!

    Dearest RyRy.. I so enjoy spending time and enjoying your company. MFE and Jacob is one of my favourite designers. The one over one brings a new level of finery to needlework. I love the look! I could barely see Stanley preening himself sitting beside your chair. Good this I got a glimpse of him in the boxes

    I am so glad you were gifted the EZ guide ball point needles. There is a learning curve to ending off threads, but the increase in stitching speed is well worth it. Your monochromatic MFE piece would be a good match as no color changes. Hope you like them as much as I do. As always, loved your video. Happy stitching!

    I love the way you take a vacation from a project until you can figure it out.. me too .
    I’m in a sewing group called Tuesday crafternoon! 😀🪡 so it made me smile when you used this term too.
    I’ve slowed up on my lady man embroidery, well when I say slowed up, I haven’t actually started , still at the drawing stage.
    I’ve just started some Boutis quilting. I was inspired avfter visiting the Sanjou shop you talked about.That’s my May project.

      Yay for conquering the mountain of ironing! And yes, time outs are necessary for some projects. Coming back with a fresh perspective and energy is often helpful.
      No worries about the Lady Man embroidery since it sounds like you're already got a lot on your plate. I had to look up Boutis. Trapunto I'm familiar with (although never attempted), so this looks like a variation of that. Very best of luck with your project!

    Maybe your little stitched kitty in a box is a Scottish fold, and his ears are clamped down against his head. JD flowers of the month, how about making it a needle book? It’s really cute. Could be a nice small for a swap. VC Hand Dyed Fibers silks, I just started a monthly pack with her, so I’m using them sparingly, but I love them. Loving your videos. Have a great week or so.

    I’m loving your FlossTube, Ryan! Just one hack I thought I would share with you. I discovered steering wheel covers at the Dollar Store that work perfectly as grime guards! I have a variety now. I am using one on an 11x11 Q-Snap. Stitch on! 💝

    Sweet Pea is the cutest thing! I really think the companion Sampler Hare will be perfect!
    You can always make felt ears for your Cat in a Box. I don't knit, I crochet, but I have great respect for knitters.
    The cat nip sock toy is too cute! Mimi doesn't play with such things, but it's still so cute!! I hope you get a bit of video of Stanley playing with it.
    I'm very interested to know more about how the needle performs. I am wanting to try out new needles, and this one sounds like something I might want to use.
    You're such an inspiration! I want to try the Modern Folk Embroidery chart you've begun working on!

      Oh yes! That's an excellent idea with the felt ears! I actually made a pair of felted ones for a reindeer ornament I've been making so I could definitely have a go at that. I've crocheted one big project ages ago and have recently started exploring different patterns and designs. They've definitely come a long way from when my grandmother would do afghans. Very best with your projects and I'll be sure to offer an update on the new needles!

    My cats love boxes too. I’m a crazy cat owner. When we are in Costco I head for the shampoo. The head and shoulder boxes and the Pantene are perfect cat box size.

      I am in fact under the sign of Aries. I'm familiar enough with the typical traits to know that I don't think I'm typical of the sign, although I can be headstrong. 😁 And no, I haven't named the bunny yet, other than calling him Sweet Pea. Let see when the companion gets made and if any names speak to me. I'll definitely mention that in a future video. :)
