- The highest crime rate city in the Philippines is Manila. Now of course there are many places within Manila City where crime is at it's highest, and this video is not to show you the areas in which it can happen anywhere in Manila. My night walk begins in Muslim Town in Quiapo, and then I briefly walk around Sta Cruz and then up Quezon Blvd to Sampaloc Manila. Enjoy, and if you ever visit the highest crime rate city in the Philippines, just be cautious. Quiapo is actually a nice place to walk especially around the plaza area and the church. Just never let your guard down.

I was happily suprised how nice everyone was in the Philipines! We spent all day at the Divisoria Street Market and got nothing but smiles.
I felt more safe in Manila than in downtown Portland Oregon.

So I have a question if I was to move to this area and sell my chicken with my culture background and incorporated that is such a way very similar to what they’re doing they’re called street food can American do that the same way and are there permits as well as other restrictions that need to be aware of. So in a short can I go there and do the same thing on the side of the road prepare food and sell it to the public just wondering love to cook love the PhilippinesAnd trying to create a second income before I move.😊
