Does developing Qi require sexual abstinence?
Clinches r only one part of self defense. This is still sport competition, not self defense. Most fights will go to d ground. This practice will not help u on d ground in self defense. Only very momentarily in d clinch phase.
This has nothing to do with clinches or self-defense. I am simply showing a method to train to use the elbow.
