    Hi Brad, just wanted to say I've been watching your videos for a while and I've recently taken the leap to self employed after working in commercial grounda maintence and golf courses for the past 3-4 years. Great videos I'm looking at a cobra 650l at the moment but I think that'll be an investment next year we'll see how my first winter goes. Also I believe we're in a similar region of the country 👍

    My Greenmec has rubber flaps inside the input shoot, to try & stop this. Gloves & face protection are a must with these machines. The hand vibration is crazy when putting certain things through.

    • @Grasscutplus
      @Grasscutplus  2 місяці тому

      Yeah mine also has that! And for most it deffo works! But for the thinker stuff it can bounce through!! Was my own fault!! You are dead right the vibrations can be mad lol! Can only learn from your mistakes! Next time I’ll just put the wet gloves on lol😂😂 thanks for watching!

      Cheers pal! Haha I do normally! But the foliage was super wet in the morning due to all the rain we had the day before so my gloves were soaked haha! Saying that I could have put some others on lol! Oh well you live and learn! Thanks for watching!

    Would you not recommend that Cobra chipper buddy? I see your problems in the wet and that damned safety lever. I had my eye on either this or the Forest Master one

    • @Grasscutplus
      @Grasscutplus  2 місяці тому +1

      No mate, couldn’t recommend it more to be honest with you, the safety lever can sometimes be annoying when putting the bigger stuff through but it’s only happened like 5 times I’ve had it and 3 of those time where in this video lol😂 and all chippers will suffer in the wet mate doesn’t matter what model you get! Thing is a beats and will get through 3,6 inch easy! I’ve had 4 through mine with care. Thanks for watching!
