Tip for not obsessing over results: get some colored sunglasses and wear them whenever you're near any sort of mirror or glass. This has worked for me and kept me from obsessing over my results and seeing my eye color!

I have brown eyes that have gotten lighter over the last few years I’ve been listening to subliminals but my desired is blue or green as I have naturally tan skin
I haven't been consistent with journey but through 2 years of changing my self concept they've gotten lighter by small amounts of shade (dark brown, brown to few streaks of hazel lines starting by limbal rings and moving up slowly by my pupils), I say this to Say it's easier if you start in order to see results like (brown, amber/hazel, green, blue and grey) instead of jumping into blue. Brown eyes have a lot of melanin and takes time unless lighter eyes runs in your family (genes)
