ZINGER FLETCHES 2.0! Is the Updated Product Better? | Honest Review and Testing

- Finally, Zinger Fletches 2. 0 are released! If you watched my previous Zinger Fletches Videos you will know that they are a very innovative American-made Slide-on fletching that caught my attention because of how innovative they were. Despite their great leap forward in fletching technology, there were a few shortcomings. Now they have the Zinger Fletches 2.0, updated for 2021. Are they any better? Were they listening to my original video?! Let's hope so! Watch to the end to see testing and target pass-through durability testing.

Great video...turn ur target to thin side and get more life from it. They also won't pass through. Just don't shoot broadheads on that side . U may loose them in it 😜 cheers
Thanks man! Will do
Every product has pros and cons but Zingers are it for me.
Cool man. Yeah they're inique
Mine didn’t fly well with fixed blades
Check out the easy vanes! I ended up preferring them over the zingers :
New WICKED Arrow Build - Crafted Ultralight 250s with TITANIUM inserts *DEEP DIVE*

Way over priced…you’re better off purchasing FOBS just as good but way cheaper. Don’t be fooled about the lifetime warranty you have to pay the shipping and handling.
I like the Easy Vanes better to be honest. They slide on the same way but don't pop off like the FOBs. Look much more like traditional Vanes too.
Great video. I like trying new things that make sense. I just got my Zinger's and found that they worked very well. No difference in flight from my Blazer vanes. So far the Zinger's have not moved on the arrow shafts. Great product so far...
They are good. I glued mine on with just a dab of glue because I was losing them in the targets. After that, no issues. I do like the unique look to these as well! The V2 fixed all of the durability issues I had with the first ones as well.
Love my zingers. In my experience I’ve had them pop off and drop at impact point of passthrough. A few times it even gave me a visual of impact point on the animal as it kind of stuck in the would for a brief moment confirming shot placement which was very cool. One of the 2.0s stuck in the wound hole just before the cavity. So far I’ve been able to find all fletches but not the arrows. Added some wraps so hopefully I can find the arrows next time.
Yeah I prefer to glue them on so they stay. I know visually where I shot the animal, so I don't really need a marker, but that can be helpful for some. I prefer they stay on so I can find the arrow as well a little easier.
Zingers work Awesome.
They're pretty cool! Have you tried the Easy Vanes yet? They're also great.
@@ApexPredatorOutdoors I am a Zinger Guy.
@@benathens3294 well they work well man. Have your tried the new style yet?
@ApexPredatorOutdoors No I haven't. They look good and should perform well.
Yep for sure
🍻
I'll stick to Easy Vanes...
Me too. Affiliate code coming soon... I'll post a vid when it does!
What about noise in flight?
Much better than the original! There is a part when I talk about the layer thickness and run my nail over the layers so you can hear the difference. Those smoother layers help a lot. I think if they made the layers go the other direction (longitudinal) it would not be an issue at all.
Shot the 1st version of these maybe I'll try the new ones as always great video
Thanks Anthony! Let me know how the nose buttons work! I gave you some Target pins as well! 💪😁
+Anthony Piertosanti Yes they are great Vanes... but I think I am going to stay with the easy Vanes though. They are much longer and just as light, plus they have a helical twist to them. Just a preference. Bow hunting fever sent the Zingers for me to test for free, which is awesome; and Easy Vanes is setting up an affiliate code so if you guys buy his vanes and use my code you'll get a deal and I'll get helped out as well! More on that soon!
Are they made for crossbow bolts?
I'm sure they do and would work if you glued them on, but that's a question for them!
As long as the shaft dimension you give is accurate it should work.
I use Black Eagle Exicutioner bolts with an O. D. of . 346"
I do think they have some that fit. They make them custom so it should work! Send them an email!
How far down are you putting them?
About 3/4" to 1" from the back is best in my opinion. The further back they are the better they steer the arrow, but the more they will be affected by wind.
@@ApexPredatorOutdoors I am going to try that today I had them down to 1.5in from the back didn’t seem to do very well in wind at 60 yards. 20yards they was rock solid
@@ApexPredatorOutdoors I want to be able to shoot any yardage I want to
Yes try them at about an inch. Unless you are blowing through a target you can glue them on once you tune them better.
@@ApexPredatorOutdoors did it seem like it took you awhile to get them tune in?
Soon as I have some extra money, I plan on getting some of these to try.
