Ingredients:
8 pcs maraschino cherries
1 can (825g) fruit cocktail
1 ⅓ cup fruit cocktail syrup
1 ½ cups water
1 pack (25g) red Mr. Hat Gulaman, unflavored
1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
1 can (300mL) condensed milk
FRUIT COCKTAIL JELLY CUPS
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups water
1 pack (25g) red gulaman, unflavored
1 can (300mL) condensed milk
1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
400g Fruit cocktail, drained
Cherry slices
2 cups water
2 cups pineapple juice
1 pack (25g) white gulaman, unflavored
*Makes 15pcs 3.5oz cups
FRUIT COCKTAIL JELLY IN ENSAYMADA MOLD
Ingredients:
1 can (825g) fruit cocktail (reserve syrup)
2 ½ cups water
1 pack (24g) red gulaman or any color of choice
1 cup fruit cocktail syrup
1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
1 can (380g) condensed milk
• This recipe makes 7 of the molds used
