Seattle Vacation and Alaskan Cruise - July 2016

For our 25th wedding anniversary, we spent a couple of days in Seattle, Washington, and then sailed from there aboard the Carnival Legend for a seven-night cruise to Alaska. We sailed through the Tracy Arm Fjord and then visited the ports of Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan AK before making our way back for a final short stop in Victoria BC Canada.
The video includes sights and sounds from Seattle, including the ferry to Bainbridge Island, the Seattle Underground tour, Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass. An unexpected treat was being able to witness over 500 immigrants from 83 countries take the oath of U.S. citizenship on July 4.
Also included is footage from our whale-watching excursion near Juneau, where we saw both humpbacks and orcas--a real treat.
