Possibly.
Due to how the tiered obby community is split with pretty much everything it's very hard to tell the difficulty of some obbies.
People say this is tier 12, some say it's tier 13 and the rest say it's tier 14 (including the builder) but it's always a contested answer sadly.
TL:DR I'd love to say yes but it's too hard to tell.
