I am 74 years old, 5'3" and a size 10-12. I love sharing my love of fashion, my style and Beauty tips. I hope you enjoy watching my videos and hope they give you lots of ideas and inspiration.
DESCRIPTION:
I thought I would film a video this week of something a little different to the norm. A lot of my subscribers have asked if I would show what I wear on a daily basis and what's in my wardrobe. So, I thought I would start by showing a selection of my skirts and how I style them, accessories etc. I hope you like the content and enjoy watching the video and hope it gives you some ideas and inspiration when styling your skirts at home.

I don't often wear skirts but you've got me thinking about wearing them more often x

I like that you're shaking things up a bit - shopping your wardrobe is a great idea. I'm sure we all pair the same tops and bottoms over and over and forget about some of the other items we have. I'm going to try something different next week. Thanks for the inspiration Pat 👍

I think we do forget what we have at the back of our wardrobe sometimes so I think it is a good idea to get everything out, lay them on the bed to see what there is then match outfits, put on hangers and put back in the wardrobe. Next time you want an outfit you have a few ready and hung up to pick from. Hope this helps. ❤❤
Phew, you must be worn out with all those outfit changes. London fashion week at the moment. Lots of ruffles and lace seem to be appearing. You're ahead of the curve!! 😊

Hi Pat. I'm probably not alone in saying I would love a "Storytime" type video. Things like, how you and your husband met. Maybe jobs you've had, places you've lived or the various hobbies you have or have had. People also tend to like "Favourites" videos don't they? Maybe once a month - things you've enjoyed that month - TV, Film, Music, Books, Trips out, Plants/ flowers you've seen, Household items you've bought, other channels you enjoy on here, websites you enjoy - whether for information or purchases, places you've had outstanding service .....
I love your fashion and beauty videos but as you say, you want to ring the changes. Love the Fahri skirt with the H&M Jumper - gorgeous colours and I love a jumper with a long swishy skirt. Hoping for a close up of those gold "Huggie", earrings. They're my kind of earrings.

Hello Eileen, thank you for your lovely comments as always. I can't wait to have my op I noticed when doing this video my eye wasn't right and with all the editing perhaps I should have waited until after surgery but I didn't want to let my subscribers down.

Loved this look of how you styled your clothes. Good luck with your operation I have had this operation it only takes seven minutes and recovery is very quick

Another brilliant video. Nice to have an explore in your wardrobe! I had my first cataract done in November. Honestly it takes only a few minutes for the operation and you only have an eye patch for that day and night. Just have to be careful about bending over. You will soon be ready to talk to us again!xx Liz

A good idea for a video. Interesting, even though I only own one skirt. I can't wear heels.

Hi thank you for watching. You can put different tops with the skirt you have and flat shoes or trainers also look nice instead of heels. I don’t wear high heeled shoes myself I like to be comfy. ❤

Please can you show fashions from places like Cos, Other Stories , Whistles and Jigsaw , I would like to treat myself and when I go in these stores I see lovely things but I would love to see someone in our age group wearing something from these stores xx

I really enjoyed this video. It's such a good idea to revisit some of the items in our wardrobes, and put outfits together.. I've bought the TU taupe coloured boots after you demonstrated them before Christmas. They're really comfy. Have you ever thought of doing a shoe and boot haul? Good luck with your pre-op. I enjoyed this “shop my closet” video. We (well, I do) tend to wear something that we’ve forever worn as an ‘outfit’. It’s interesting to swap out an article and make a whole new outfit. I certainly don’t do it enough. This video encouraged that.
I’m hoping your operation happens soon, and it will go well. I’ve had cataract surgery 6 months ago, and it’s fantastic to be able to see so clearly once again.

Pat, so many colours suit you, so elegant in everything you wear. I particularly like the pink top and handbag. Skirts are one item of clothing I don’t do well with. Everything is so long for me and I know you have discussed this before. Your husband has got good choice, the pink skirt from Majorca is so so pretty. As always great choice. Thank you for sharing really enjoyed spending time with you. I don’t think you are allowed to drive and bend down after a cataract operation. Good luck xx

As others have said you look very stylish in everything you wear. Good luck for next week. I had my cataracts done a few years ago and it's a brilliant operation. I used to wear glasses full time but only need them for reading now.

Hi just to let you know the hospital normally gives you drops to put in your eye before they operate. Know this because my mum in law had the op a few years ago. Really like your videos - maybe a decluttering or organising one would be good.

Good luck with your cataract operation. Look forward to seeing more fashion soon. Loved all today's outfits. I find matching a problem especially if I am in a hurry do you match well in advance of an outing?
Hi thank you for watching and glad you enjoyed it. Sometimes I lay a couple of skirts on the bed and then look for different tops that I like to wear and match them up. It is easier if you do it the day before and hang them on a hanger until you need them instead of rushing about. You could try this and see if it makes things a bit easier for you. Pat ❤

I don't buy from Zara, H & M or any other store that doesn't pay a living wage to their workers in underdeveloped countries. These stores are fast fashion.😧
